Centrally located the residence is 5 blocks from the beach, 3 blocks from the main Spreckels Park, and just a stroll away to all of the restaurants and shopping Coronado has to offer!

The main living room has a 16-foot vanishing window wall that leads you out to a private yard - perfect for entertaining. The kitchen is equipped with Viking appliances, coupled with a built-in grill just steps away.

In the evenings, enjoy the 360-degree sunsets or a view of the downtown skyline, by lounging around the firepit on the full-sized roof deck. Or take a plunge in the rooftop hot tub.

The house is 2,345 SF. It has 3 bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms. And the downstairs media room has a 3-way sectional that can actually be fitted into 3 twin beds - good for a kid's slumber party.

The laundry room is spacious and fully equipped.

Excellent experience

Russ is a great home owner. Very kind accommodating and welcoming. House was beautiful and well appointed. Location is ten minute walk to beach and 20 to Hotel del. Across from school complex, plenty of street parking.

Home as very nicely appointed and offers a fully finished basement with an office area, TV lounge, large laundry room and separate bedroom & bath. This allows separation & privacy from 2 upstairs bedrooms on the upper level. Great for multiple families or other guests. Enclosed grass yard was a huge bonus with outdoor dining & grill. A rooftop hot tub is a huge bonus!!! The only thing that could be distracting is that the property is next to the school which can get noisy when in session. Owner was wonderful to engage with and very friendly & available.
