House in a quiet side street of a residential area, unobstructed view, no opposite. Lake with a monitored sandy beach in approx. 200 m distance. Atlantic beach (Mimizan-Plage) 16 km. Shops around the corner.

Jolie maison avec jardin très agréable avec un accès au lac anpied

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable dans cette lumineuse maison à 5 minutes à pieds du lac. Plage de sable idéale pour les petits enfants. A 20 minutes de Mimizan et Biscarosse.

Des vacances en famille très agréables

Agréable maison dans un environnement calme, toute équipée pour passer des vacances en détente en famille. La proximité du lac à pied est appréciable car pas besoin de prendre la voiture pour aller se baigner. Priopriétaires accueillants et disponibles en cas de besoin.

Un séjour agréable entre lac et ocean

La maison est très agréable claire et lumineuse. La proximité du lac permet à chacun den profiter à son rythme et l'océan est proche.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit tollem Garten.

Schönes, ruhig gelegenes, gepflegtes Haus mit viel Platz und großzügigem schönen Garten. Küche und sonstige Räume voll ausgestattet. Nette Hausverwalterin vor Ort, die zu jeder Zeit bei Problemen um Rat gefragt werden konnte. Sehr seichter See, fußläufig erreichbar, bewacht, Kinder können dort wunderbar spielen, planschen, nur sehr geringe Wassertiefe, Tretbootverleih und sonstige Boote am Strand zu mieten.

Séjour parfait au calme à deux pas du lac

Nous avons passé deux semaines très agréables au calme au coeur de l'été. La maison est spacieuse et très bien équipée. Le jardin clos et bien entretenu est idéal avec de jeunes enfants. Accueil chaleureux par la voisine. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

Ruhige Lage - tolle Ausflüge

Wir - Familie mit 4 jugendlichen "Kindern" - verbrachten 2 sehr schöne Wochen in Gastes. Das Haus selbst wurde in den vorherigen Bewertungen schon treffend beschrieben, auch die Fotos auf dieser Seite vermitteln einen guten Eindruck. Das Haus und der Garten haben genug Platz, um sich auch zu sechst problemlos darin bewegen und aufhalten zu können. Uns hat besonders die Lage des Hauses gefallen, nah am See, aber auch günstig für verschiedene Unternehmungen gelegen. Täglich wurde im See gebadet. Mit dem Auto oder dem Fahrrad - ein gut ausgestatteter Fahrradverleih befindet sich direkt am See, die Radwege sind sehr gut - fuhren wir an die Strände des Atlantiks. Weiter entfernt besuchten wir Bordeaux, St. Emilion und das Écomusee de Marquèze. Wir verbrachten einen gelungenen Urlaub und haben uns in Gastes sehr wohl gefühlt.

Ein ruhiger Urlaub abseits des Trubels

Die Angaben des Vermieters auf der Homepage vom FeWo-direkt sind sehr zuverlässig und zutreffend. Die vielen Fotos geben einen guten und realistischen Eindruck vom Ferienhaus. Das Haus liegt in einer kleinen Siedlung, in der es viele weitere Ferienhäuser gibt. Hier machen vor allen Franzosen Urlaub. In einem kleinen Geschäft kann man sich mit dem täglichen Bedarf versorgen, Supermärkte sind mit dem Auto in weinigen Minuten zu erreichen. Der See ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Mit seinem sehr flachen Wasser eignet sich die bewachte Badestelle in der Nähe des Hauses ausgezeichnet auch für ganz kleine Kinder, die hier (natürlich unter Aufsicht) ungefährdet plantschen können. Auch im Garten, der vollständig eingefriedet ist, können Kinder prima spielten. Wir haben eine sauberes und sehr komplett ausgestattetes Haus vorgefunden. Sowohl im Vorfeld als auch während unseres Aufenthaltes hat der Vermieter alle unsere Fragen ausführlich beantwortet. Tipps für Ausflüge und Essen trafen immer zu. Ein französisches Ehepaar im Nachbarhaus, das den Schlüssel übergeben und in die Funktionsweise des Hauses eingewiesen hat, steht auch bei Rückfragen gerne zur Verfügung. Das setzt allerdings französische Sprachkenntnisse beim Gast voraus! Für den Weg mit dem Auto zum Atlantik müssen mindestens 30-40 Minuten eingeplant werden. Dann findet man allerdings aus fantastische Strände vor.Das Haus ist gut für 2 Familien mit jeweils 2 Kindern geeignet. Es bietet viel Platz. Besonders toll ist die überdachte Terrasse im Norden des Hauses. Hier hält man es auch bei größter Hitze den ganzen Tag über gut aus. Wie haben hier alle Mahlzeiten eingenommen und viele Ruhestunden verbracht.

Ruhe und Entspannung abseits der Touristenzentren

Das gut ausgestattete Haus liegt in einer beschaulichen Siedlung unweit eines Badesees mit Sandstrand. Es ist ein perfektes Domizil für Familien mit Kindern(4E+4K). Helle große Räume, 2 moderne Badezimmer, 2 Toiletten, 2 Terrassen,sowie eine sehr gut bestückte Küche entsprachen voll und ganz der Beschreibung. Der Vermieter informiert vorab über alle nötigen Details zur Hausnutzung und vor Ort stehen die Nachbarn für weitere Fragen zur Verfügung. Für Fahrradfahrer ist dieses Haus ein optimaler Ausgangspunkt für tolle Tagestouren. Wer allerdings die Strände des Atlantiks bevorzugt, muß mit einer 30-45 minütigen Anfahrt (Auto) rechnen. Wir jedenfalls haben uns hier sehr wohl und fast schon wie zu Hause gefühlt !!
