Amazing location -- walk or bike ride to the beach! Centrally located within blocks (0.7 miles) to quiet, secluded beach access and within a mile of Old Naples famous Fifth Avenue, this cozy space offers the opportunity to live like a local in the heart of the city. Small, lush apartment community features a pool and feels peaceful and tucked away, yet is within minutes of dining, groceries, and all conveniences. Bikes available upon request free of charge!

The space is a comfortable two-bedroom unit located on the second floor of a small apartment community with courtyard and pool. Features a large kitchen with granite countertops and an old-world aesthetic, equipped with gas range, French door refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and all utensils and cookware needed for preparing light meals. Living space features large table for dining or working on laptop, a cozy, oversized sofa for relaxing after a long beach day, and TV with Netflix (cable not available) and Blu-ray player. Two light-filled bedrooms at the back of the unit each contain a queen-sized bed. Unit has two full bathrooms (master bathroom is en suite and has a shower/tub combination; second bathroom is located in the hallway and has a walk-in shower). An in-unit washer and dryer are free for guest use.

Guest access: Community pool and entire two-bedroom/two-bath apartment are available for your use (excluding two small closets which are marked for no access). Outdoor pool is shared with other local and seasonal residents of apartment community. Parking is free on the premises. Your unit is completely private, and I will not personally be on the property during your stay; however, I am easily accessible by text or call for any of your needs and will be happy to provide recommendations for activities in the area. Self check-in is standard and the unit is accessible via lockbox and physical key.
