Located only a half mile from the beach and 5th Avenue. Close proximity to Tin City, Bayfront, Celebration Park, and Third. Private entrance to your own one bedroom, one bath studio, with a fully equipped kitchenette and washer/dryer. We provide 2 bikes, beach chairs, cooler, everything you need to enjoy a great day enjoying all downtown Naples has to offer.

Welcome to Scott and Cindy's modern farmhouse in beautiful Naples. We just finished building our dream house and want to share it with you ! We are a blended family with five kids, one granddaughter, and a friendly lab named Biscuit, who you may see on our front porch. Scott has lived in Naples for 35 years and Cindy is from New York and relocated here 9 years ago. We are both realtors and chose the absolute best location for our new dream home.

What we love most about this location is the accessibility to everything Naples has to offer, first of course is the amazing gulf shore beaches, boating, fishing, golfing, tennis, wonderful restaurants on Fifth Avenue, charming Third Street, great shopping. Everything you could possibly want for the perfect vacation! Hop on the bikes and ride down to the beach, take a walk along the beautiful Gulf Shore Blvd.
What makes this property unique
We have access to golf cart rentals (which are allowed in the City of Naples streets) and fishing charters. Please let us know if you need any help with this. We also are happy to share information about the area, our favorite restaurants (which we highly suggest making reservations for, especially in high season). Just ask, we are on premises and here for you ! Flexible check in and out.
