The high rating is totally deserved. Many tools and resources to get comfortable (generous with the coffee supplies, towels and cleaning products). In summer, plenty of fans and even a few mosquito nets to safely keep windows open. Not a family but a bunch of friends that came together for a convention. Kids or not, it's a great place to rest in. Viele Danke, Frau Tengler.

Liked: Location
The place was wonderful. It’s clean and has everything you’ll need. It on a second floor so heavy luggage not recommended. Free Street Parking is directly across the house to whoever comes first. It was close to a train station if you need. My travel plan changed andI had to cut my stay short and Mariia was very helpful and kind in processing the refund as VRBO cant do it.

We stayed for two nights in the appartement. It was clean and well equiped. My two children were thrilled with all the toys and boardgames available. The surroundings are really quiet but the city center is easily accessible with the tram that is 2 minutes away. Excellent stay

This return trip to Germany was really fantastic despite air rail and farmers strikes we had a great time. We will definitely come back to Stuttgart! The apartment was also fantastic! It was close to public transportation and the area was very pretty. I would come again.

Very nice two bedroom apartment

Very clean and well stocked apartment. The property owner was very nice. The area is a little challenging to park if you have a car, not much to walk to. One flight of stairs and no elevator, but very quiet.

Spacious and peaceful

This was a pass through trip for us, but the apartment was perfect. The neighborhood is safe and peaceful. The apartment was pristine, very spacious, and had everything you could need and more. A nearby park at a stop (I think it was Mineralbad?) was lovely with swans, geese, and varieties of ducks. It was my children’s favorite part of Stuttgart!

Excellent stay in Stuttgart in Marias apartment

Myself and my 2 sons stayed at Marias for 2 nights. What a brilliant family apartment. Great size. Very clean. And superb transport links. I plan to re-visit and would certainly use this family friendly accommodation. My boys who are 22 and 24 even played with the toys. Definitely recommend.

Short but lovely stay in Stuttgart

The apartment is well equipped and very comfortable. The children thoroughly enjoyed the play kitchen. The windows are very nice and open at the top or open inwards depending on how much fresh air you desire. The bathroom and toilet were very nicely tiled with plenty of storage. The location was perfect for seeing the Mercedes Museum and close to Stuttgart train station. The unique feature is the building next to the apartment which was built using a unique stone from the local quarry.

Best Stayz ever

This Stayz was equipped with everything you could possibly require. Maria was the most obliging and friendly host. The place was very comfortable for us two couples and big enough to invite our friends for a meal on the last night. A shop for essentials is close by, as is the UBahn, where you get to the centre of Stuttgart within 25 minutes. The Airport is an hour away from Münster. Getting to the Bad Cannstatter Wasen was also easy. We thank Maria again for our awesome stayz. It was the best during our 4 months in Europe.

Fresh, natural oasis minutes from public transport

The views were outstanding. It was a few minutes from the U-Bahn (local train) which quickly connected us to the zoo, Porsche & Mercedes museums, and the town center. It felt like home - peaceful, well-equipped, with a natural warmth and family feel.Maria answered questions about transport beforehand. There is a charming donkey farm "Eselsmuhle" south of the city we wanted to visit before we arrived. She helped me figure out those logistics and greeted us warmly after a long travel day. Her place has the best-organized, most-comprehensive information we have encountered. The ground floor family has a lovely yard with a bunny hutch. We loved checking in on the bunnies as we left and returned each day. The grocery store was within 10 minutes' walk.
