Set in a 100-year old Art Nouveau building, which was recently renovated quality. Awareness obtained old elements so that the Art Nouveau feeling was not lost. The apartment consists of 2 spacious bedrooms (bed 1.8 m x 2.0 m and 1.4 m x 2.0 m), a living room with bay, and Daylight bathroom with tub and shower facilities, a separate toilet and a kitchen incl. Dishwasher u. Oven.
In just 5 minutes walk from the Ludwigsburg Castle, in 10 minutes the Baroque market square downtown.
A bus stop to the city center and to Ludwigsburg Train Station is reachable in 2 minutes.
Even for families with children a lot is offered. So the fairytale park in the "flowering baroque" the castle is easy to reach (about 10 minutes).
From Ludwigsburg station running every 10 minute train to Stuttgart. The journey takes about 15 minutes.

Great for group of individual travelers

Great Location

This cute apartment was in a great location for sightseeing, shopping and dining in Ludwigsburg. Lovely walkable neighborhood with lots of gardens. Everything was exactly as shown online. We had a lovely couple of days.

The town of Ludwigsburg was so charming. Just a 15-minute walk and there was the town center that had plenty of bars and restaurants, and a supermarket. The apartment was perfect with plenty of room for six of us. Sofie was a perfect host with quick communication and very helpful. There is also a Ferris wheel nearby. Catching public transport was easy.

Ludwigsburg Weihnachten

The apartment was spacious, clean, well-located -- walking distance to the Ludwigsburg Barock Weihnachtsmarkt and along bus line for easy connection via the Bahnhof and in a quiet residential neighborhood. Check-in process was simple and well-explained. The host provided excellent communication and everything needed for our stay. The apartment was a perfect base for our family for our five-night stay to visit the markets in the Stuttgart area and even Heidelberg. We would definitely stay at this apartment again and recommend it for family stays in the Ludwigsburg/Stuttgart area.

What a beautiful place. The location is perfect. Sophie is responsive and kind. Everything was wonderful. (Americans: note there is no AC, which is not usually an issue. We just happened to be there in a heat wave. But we opened windows and we're fine.) 5/5 stars!

Lage Top aber hellhörig und unbequem

Wir waren 2 Nächte in der FeWo 1 im 1.OG mit 4P + 1 Baby. Das Appartment ist sehr sprälich, fast schon lieblos eingerichtet. Die Duschtür lässt sich abschließen, der Türgriff fliegt ab. Das Gefrierfach war kaputt. Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig (man hört jeden schritt von der Fewo2 im Dachgeschoss) und es war auch sehr kalt (Altbau) im regnerischen Sommer. Die rote leder couch und die esszimmer stühle sind unbequem af und die Bettmatratze ist durch. Würden nicht nochmal hin.

Wir sind über die Bewertung sehr verwundert. Alle Möbel und Einrichtungsgegenstände sind wie auf den Fotos abgelichtet vorhanden. Eine Duschtüre haben wir nicht,im Badezimmer ist eine Badewanne. Die Heizung ist ganzjährig auf 21,5 Grad eingestellt und springt auch im Sommer an , wenn die Temperatur unterschritten wird. Und sind Sie nicht die Gäste die früher eingezogen sind und zwei Parkplätze belegt haben, obwohl nur einer zur Wohnung gehört….

Schöne FeWo für Stadtbesuch

Für einen Stadtbesuch war die FeWo sehr gut geeignet. 15min zu Fuß bis in die Innenstadt. Parkplatz vorhanden. Wohnung/Haus zwar alt, aber "modernisiert". Bad/WC ist sauber und einfach modernisiert basierend auf 50 Jahre alten Gegebenheiten.

Tolle zentrale Lage

Wir waren zu zweit als Gast in der großen Wohnung in der 6 Personen nächtigen können. Die Wohnung hat auf jeden Fall ihren Charme,die Küche ist toll,hier hat man alles was man braucht. Die zentrale Lage hat uns begeistert.Ob in die Stadt oder zum blühenden Barock alles kann super zu Fuß erreicht werden. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Schöne Wohnung mit allem was man braucht

Gut. Wir und unsere 4 lebhaften Enkel haben den Ort sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist geräumig, luftig. Es hat einen kleinen Supermarkt in der Nähe. Der „Bärenspielplatz“ beim blühenden Barock, sowie der interessante alte Friedhof waren gut um die warmen Abende zu verbringen. Einzig die Strasse ist ziemlich befahren und zum Teil laut.

Großzügig und toll

Die Wohnung war riesig und hätte auch für einen langen Aufenthalt genügend Platz geboten. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet. Im gesamten ist die Wohnung nur weiter zu empfehlen.
