Great place for big groups

This apartment was a fantastic find! We were a group of 8: mixed adults and teens, and it was spacious enough for all of us. The beds were very comfortable. The shower is amazing! Loved the kitchen - very well stocked.

Nice stay at the appartements

It was very nice and clean. The kitchen was good to make your own meal. But in of the appartements ther was no sault and pepper and it would be nice is there is Olive oli. But overall it was perfect there where enough towels, it was cool and the beds were already made.

Family Reunion

Family came from around the world to gather and celebrate the life of a brother who passed away last year. The venue was close enough to Vaihingen where we visited his resting place. The place was large enough for all who came, except the misunderstanding that it holds up to 25 people. We were given a small apartment nearby, so that everybody was accommodated with some restrictions, and the gathering was successful.

Nice Large Aapartment for 5+ Adults

The aparman is 25 min drive from Stuttgart Airport. We had 6 adults and stayed for 3 nights. The checkin was quick and smooth, no need to wait for the landlord. The apartment is exactly as on the pictures: three big bedrooms with plenty of room for everyone, a large kitchen with a dishwasher, a bathroom and a separate toilet. All the furnitures seem brand new. The WIFI was fast and stable. No private parking, but free public parking could be found within 100m for all 3 nights.

Die Wohnungen sind frisch renoviert und praktisch eingerichtet. Die Lage in Esslingen ist sehr gut. Leider sind die Küchengeräte sehr beschädigt. Ein Herd war gesprungen. Das Eisfach schloss nicht korrekt und eine Spülmaschine war unnutzbar.

Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben und gut ausgestattet. Das einzige was Verbesserungswürdig wäre ist die Dunstabzugshaube, die funktioniert nicht richtig. Und die Heizung (vor allem im Bad) konnte man nicht regulieren und ist auf voller Stufe gelaufen. Aber das sind eher Kleinigkeiten.

Der Aufenthalt lief von Anfang bis Ende reibungslos. Morgens konnten wir dank voll ausgestatteter Küche und Lebensmitteleinzelhandel in der Nähe ca. drei Minuten herrlich Frühstücken und in den Tag starten. Die Zimmer sind sehr durchdacht, schön und modern ausgestattet. Es fehlte an nichts.

Die Unterkunft war sehr gut und super sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Alle 3 Wohnungen hatten wir wegen der Größe unserer Gruppe. Die Kommunikation war super und alles sehr unkompliziert.

Wochenendtrip mit cooler Unterkunft

In der Unterkunft ist alles vorhanden was man als Gruppe benötigt. An der Sauberkeit ist absolut nichts auszusetzen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und die Betten sind bequem. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Ingesamt gut. Leider nur eine Toilette für maximal 9 Personen aber das ist baulich verankert und nicht veränderbar. Es könnten noch in der Anzeige die Aufteilung der Zimmer gezeigt werden.

Es war die perfekte Arbeitskollegen WG

In unserer kleinen „Kommune“ unter Kollegen haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Saubere, wirklich schöne Wohnung. Balkon für Raucher und Ruhe für alle wenn nötig. Wir haben uns mega wohl gefühlt. Der Vermieter Top, schnelle unkomplizierte Kommunikation, fragen wurden umgehend beantwortet, bei Problemen sofort zu erreichen. Vielen Dank, wir kommen wieder.
