Die Wohnung war sauber, unkomplizierter Check-In, viel Platz für unsere Gruppe. Es war unser zweiter Besuch in dem Objekt. Gern in Zukunft wieder.

Schöne Unterkunft, praktisch für Familien oder Gruppen

Der Aufenthalt war rundum gut. Jedes Zimmer ist etwas anders gestaltet, manche sogar mit Waschbecken und eins mit Aufenthaltsbereich/Sofaecke, sodass man sich gut in der Wohnung aufhalten kann und alles da ist, was man brauchen könnte. Die Küche ist hell und modern mit einem schönen Esstisch. Leider gab es, anders als ausgeschrieben, keinen Parkplatz für uns und wir mussten in der Straße parken. Der Parklplatz im Hof stand uns leider nicht zur Verfügung, weil ein anderer Mieter des Hauses sonst nicht an sein Auto kam. So mussten wir uns immer mit ihm absprechen bzw. konnten den Parkplatz nicht nutzen. Das hat uns gewundert.

Super Ferienwohnung

Super Ferienwohnung mit super netten Vermietern. Wir hatten zwei sehr große Ferienwohnungen zu Verfügung. Beide waren sehr sauber und super und modern ausgestattet. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und der Check-in verlief ohne Probleme trotz später Anreise. Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gefallen und würden es jederzeit wieder buchen.

Cute and clean apartment with ample single and bunk beds for solo travelers. Easy walk to old town. Great neighborhood restaurants and bars nearby. Apartment manager was amazingly helpful. Overall, great stay!

Super moderne Wohnung!

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt in der Wohnung. Alles was man braucht war gut zu finden und die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lief super. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber - auch der Rest des Hauses. Wir kommen definitiv wieder, wenn wir wieder in der Gegend sind.

Ganz klasse Ferienwohnung !

Wir waren eine größere Gruppe, die beim Weihnachtsmarkt in Esslingen aushalf. Die schöne mittelalterliche Altstadt liegt nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt - das war perfekt. Auch Cafés und Supermärkte sind fußläufig gut erreichbar. Die Wohnung war ganz klasse, groß, modern, hell, sauber... zudem toll ausgestattet, alles sehr modern und professionell. Hat uns sehr gut gefallen !!

Spacious, clean, well-equipped apartment.

The apartment suited our large extended family perfectly. The kitchen was well equipped, bedrooms spacious and bathroom very clean. The location is good, with supermarkets very close by. The only negative was that the dryer was out of order but there was a large drying rack so we could dry our clothes on that. The TV was faulty in the one bedroom. Other than that, it was a very pleasant 4 nights and very good value for money.

Clean and close to shopping essentials

The rooms were clean and well-looked after. We had no trouble with getting access to the flat nor with getting help when we asked for it, but it was very noisy (downstairs neighbour sat outside windows drinking and talking loudly till early hours of the morning 4 out of 5 nights, and traffic was quite loud). We would suggest fans for hot weather (34 degrees Celsius during our visit) and some lounge chairs for a more comfortable experience.

Die Ferienwohnung war hübsch und praktisch eingerichtet.

Für die Übernachtungen rund um eine Hochzeit buchten wir mit 6 Erwachsenen und 2 kleinen Kindern diese Ferienwohnung. Die Küche ist praktisch, groß und gut eingerichtet. Die beiden Bäder mit Dusche sind klein, aber funktionell. Eines davon mit Pissoir, eine Toilette zusätzlich seperat. Ein bißchen wenig für sieben Toilettengänger meines Erachtens nach. Da wir in dieser Reisekonstellation 5 Schlafzimmer benötigt hätten, buchten wir unter der Bestätigung, dass wir statt 4 ein fünftes Zimmer hinzubuchen können, diese FeWo. Leider war dieses Zimmer mit der benachbarten FeWo bereits bewohnt und konnte nicht zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Zum Glück gab es trotzdem genug Betten. Dennoch haben wir zu viert mit 2 kleinen Kindern ein Zimmer teilen müssen. Der Vermieter gewährte uns aber großzügig einen Nachlass von 150 Euro für die Unannehmlichkeiten und so sind wir mit dieser Bleibe versöhnt. Erwähnenswert ist noch der 2-stufige Absatz zur Küche hin, der unserem 1-jährigen große Freude machte, aber uns keine Minute still sitzen ließ. Last but not least: Esslingen ist echt eine Reise wert!

Super gut gemacht

Wir nutzten die Wohnung für unser Montageteam - alles neu renoviert und eine tolle Raumaufteilung für Montageteams oder Familien mit bis zu 6 Kindern. Als Team kann man die Wohnung super gut mit 5 Personen nutzen, maximal geht auch mit 8. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall zum nächsten Projekt wieder zu Ihnen.
