This well maintained, beautifully decorated, beach home boasts large spacious rooms with over 2200 sq feet of living space! Every detail in each room has been carefully and thoughtfully provided to ensure a relaxing and comfortable vacation for you! The condo has 4 bedrooms, each with its own private, full bathroom. You'll also enjoy 2 full kitchens and 2 living room spaces.

Sunset Beach is a quiet family beach resort located on the North Carolina coast, just minutes from South Carolina. Our trademark is a pristine three-mile-long sandy beach, beautiful sunrises and sunsets, and spectacular golfing. If you're looking for a place on the beach, stop now! We're at Sea Trail Resort, which is about a mile from the beach. We're about as close as you can get to the ocean yet have all of the amenities of a resort including three signature golf courses: Rees Jones, Dan Maples and Willard Byrd. A unique feature of our community is Bird Island, a 2000+- acre nature preserve that borders the west end of Sunset Beach and can only be accessed by land via the beach.
We enjoy renting to friends, family and others who appreciate a clean, beautiful and comfortable place to call "home" while on vacation! We would love to share our beach home with you and your family and friends!

Family was running in a half marathon

This is an excellent choice of a place to stay! The second we walked in, it felt like a home. My adult grandchildren and children stayed in the upstairs, and teen age in her own space downstairs. There is a beautiful master suite also. I am in a wheelchair and was able to get around inside. Amazing host, very quick with response!

5 Stars – Perfect Beach Getaway for Families with Teens!We had an incredible stay at this Sunset Beach house! It was absolutely perfect for our family—including teenagers. The house had everything we needed and more—well-stocked kitchen, spacious common areas, and plenty of room for everyone to relax and recharge after beach days.The location couldn’t have been better—just a short drive to the beach, great restaurants, and fun activities like mini golf, ice cream shops, and even axe throwing nearby! We loved being close to everything while still enjoying a peaceful, quiet neighborhood.This home made our vacation easy and memorable. We wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Highly recommend for families looking for comfort, convenience, and a true beach-town experience!

January Stay

It was a nice stay. We had plenty of room to socialize, watch the football games, but the. We also each had the privacy of our own rooms and bathrooms. We had everything we needed but Jeff made sure to check in just in case we needed something. I was touched by his check in process and how he thought of the little things like local places to eat. I would absolutely stay here again!

Our family of 8 was so very happy to have stayed in this wonderful condo! Having 2 floors of living space gave us plenty of room....2 kitchens, 2 laundry rooms, 2 family rooms, and the 4 beds and 4 baths! The decor is nicely appointed and apon arrival all was very clean. I cant say enough about how generously the owner provided kitchen, bath, and cleaning supplies! This is truly rare in most condos. I must add that the owner communicated his desire to make certain we had a wonderful time and was willing to correct any problems that might occur. He is truly a top notch host. Because we enjoyed the stay so much, I have booked this condo again for next year!

4 Bedroom 2200 square feet was the right place to stay

Enjoyed our stay in Sea Trail in Sunset Beach just five minutes from the beach. Our unit was spacious with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The two units connected was very comfortable and convenient. Each condo had a separate kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms, outside patio, washer and dryer. 4 beach chairs were provided, which we used. The pools closed November 1st. 2 parking spaces were provided. The owner was very helpful and provided a lot of information. Would stay again.

Great Weekend Golf Adventure

I found this property on VRBO and it was the perfect rental for our weekend golf trip. Close to lots of great golf courses, plenty large enough, and every bedroom has its own personal bathroom. Jeff was very proactive in contacting us about check-in and gave great recommendations about local eateries and other tourist locations that you might find nearby. We ate really well, we were comfortable, and we were extremely well taken care of by our hosts. On Saturday night, in particular, Jeff got an alert on his phone that the entryway door needed new batteries so he immediately reached out and asked if he could walk us through the process of changing them. Very attentive, great hosts and a location that was perfect for our little golf getaway!

This property had everything that you could ever need. Every cupboard and drawer had more blankets, towels and supplies. The beds were comfortable and the place was spotless. All of us enjoyed our stay and Jeff was readily available to answer any of our questions.

Wonderful experience

Our experience with this property and the owners was excellent. The condo was spacious beautifully furnished and very clean. I am very meticulous and I was pleasantly surprised. All of the bedrooms were suites with their own bathrooms. The owners were very accommodating and all arrangements were seamless. We are already making plans to return ! Highly recommend.

This property was just perfect!!! The hosts are awesome!! They were responsive and extremely helpful. Their check-in and check-out procedures were clear and simple. Could not Ask for More

I booked this stay for my young adult daughter's birthday. Everything was great from the beginning of our stay until the very end. Jeff and Marsha really go above and beyond to make sure that you have anything and everything that you may need throughout your stay. The interior of the condo is immaculate and the kitchens are equipped with anything and everything that you may need. The kids and adults alike thoroughly enjoyed riding the bikes at the condo, it was extremely nice having these available to use. There really are too many great things to list about this property. You will not regret booking with Jeff and Marsha!!

Family Trip

I can’t say enough wonderful things about our stay. The villa was beautiful and perfect for our family. It had every thing that we needed- beach towels, a well-stocked kitchen, and even morning coffee! The hosts are very helpful and accessible for anything we needed during our stay. We're also less than 10 minutes away from all the amazing Seafood Restaurants in Calabash, NC and close to all the unique shops, outlets and specialty stores in North Myrtle Beach, Sunset Beach, Ocean Isle and historic Southport! You're going to love it!!
