West 1003 offers a beachy feel with an inviting open-concept living area. You’ll find the perfect space for family and friends to relax together around the large flat-screen TV. The south wall has floor-to-ceiling windows that open directly onto the furnished beachfront balcony. The dining area offers seating for six with two additional seats at the breakfast bar. The fully equipped kitchen features full-size appliances and includes all the cookware and dishware needed to create memorable meals together.

The master bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet, flat-screen TV, and private access to the beachfront balcony. The master bathroom features a jetted bathtub, tiled walk-in shower, and double vanity with plenty of lighting. Both guest bedrooms face the north side of the property overlooking the beautiful resort grounds and greater Destin area. The first guest bedroom has a king bed, a TV, and private access to the north balcony. The first guest bedroom has a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The second guest bedroom has a queen bed and a TV. Just steps from both the second guest bedroom and living area is a full guest bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Spring Break

The property was clean. The website was great for check in, check out, beach service, and what to do around Destin. The amount of texts and emails was awesome giving step by step details of what to expect. Also, the communication while we were visiting was great. We really enjoyed our time in Destin.

Clean and huge

The condo and its view were amazing. Each bedroom and bathroom were immaculate. The grounds and parking area were well-kept. Remember to bring your own beach towels/chairs and ocean toys if staying here.

Family vacation

Very nice condo, stunning balcony and view. Amazing location. Beach service was awesome. I would def stay again. I do think it would be better service to provide appropriate amount of garbage bags and dish soap for a week stay. Given the price. I complained about this and the worker I spoke with was rude. Listing stated there would be shampoo and there wasn’t. I think it would be ideal if there was spices such as salt and pepper. Despite those dings, you just can’t beat the location and it’s was very comfortable. We also loved the pool and hot tubs. I would recommend.

Fabulous

Second year I’ve stayed in this unit! Love the view, the huge balcony, so much space. Great location and walking distance to several places. Be sure to check out the entryway closet, seems like other guests leave things for the next group to use so we added a few.
