The dining area offers seating for four with additional bench seating and seating at the breakfast bar. The fully equipped kitchen features full-size stainless-steel appliances and includes all the cookware and dishware needed to create memorable meals together. A separate laundry area with a full-size washer and dryer is centrally located within the condo for your convenience.

The master bedroom has a king bed, designer bedding and furnishings, a walk-in closet, flat-screen TV, and private access to the beachfront balcony. The master bathroom features a jacuzzi bathtub, walk-in shower, double vanity, and granite countertops. The first guest bedroom has two queen beds, a flat-screen TV, and overlooks the greater Destin area. This bedroom has a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second guest bedroom has a king bed, flat-screen TV, and also has a view of Destin. Just steps from both the second guest bedroom and living area is a full guest bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

Great value and location

Loved to stay here. Communication was very clear and on point! Apartment was very clean and comfortable with many accommodations. If I had to say anything about this I would suggest letting travelers know that you will need to get your own spices like salt and pepper, more trash bags, shampoo and dish soap, especially if you’re staying more than 3 days. The view was spectacular and we had an excellent time in this beautiful place! I will definitely recommend and come back again.

Girl's Birthday Getaway

We booked this condo for a long weekend to celebrate our birthdays. It was perfect. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom. It was clean, very private and quiet. We didn't hear anything from any other units. The view of the ocean was amazing. Complimentary beach service was awesome, we appreciated having that option. The location is central to shopping, restaurants, anything you might want to do. I would definitely recommend this condo, and plan to stay again in the future.

Clean and Nice

Everything was nice, a few problems in the condo Itself, and the living/dining room was smaller in person, the mirrors make it look much bigger. But overall it was a good stay!
