The condo is conveniently located within the heart of Destin with dining, shopping, and sightseeing just moments away. In addition to easy access to all that Destin has to offer, this condo also has access to all of Silver Beach Tower Resort’s on-site amenities, including two beachfront pools, and much more. East 1406 is a premium end condo offering more square feet, a larger balcony, and enough space for the entire family making your next vacation dream come true!

The couch even converts to a queen sleeper sofa to accommodate larger parties. The south wall has floor-to-ceiling windows that open directly onto the furnished beachfront balcony. The dining area offers seating for six. The fully equipped kitchen features full-size stainless-steel appliances and includes all the cookware and dishware needed to create memorable meals together.

The master bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet, flat-screen TV, and private access to the beachfront balcony. The master bathroom features a jetted bathtub, tiled walk-in shower, and double vanity. The first guest bedroom has a queen bed, a flat-screen TV and DVD player, and private access to the north balcony. The second guest bedroom features two full beds, a flat-screen TV and DVD player, and access to the north balcony overlooking the greater Destin area. The two guest bedrooms share a full bathroom, and just steps from both the guest bedrooms and living area is a full guest bathroom.

The condo was beautiful, comfortable, very clean and had plenty of towels, bedding & balcony furniture. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking.Loved the toiletry & kitchen supplies.Beach access is great, walk to. Lose by shops and the track. Easy in and out to highway. We have stayed at these condos numereous times and will be back again.

Awesome beach view and access Cleaniness and check in was great. I do like the add of Tipsea Turtle to order food and drink. I do recommend getting a new mattress for Main bedroom.

I have stayed at Silver Beach Towers before, and like my previous stay, this unit did not disappoint. Everything was clean and well maintained. Gorgeous decor. The beds were so comfy. I would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Complex

Beautiful complex and well maintained. Very close proximity to everything. The only thing we had a hard time with was figuring out how to reserve another chair and umbrella but management walked me through it eventually. We'll definitely be back and recommend.

Lovely beach vacation rental

Lovely, spacious, secure, high-rise beach vacation property with a panoramic view of the Gulf. We thoroughly enjoyed our Destin vacation here. Would recommend staying here just know that the property is not well stocked beyond a few bath towels and hotel soap. Kitchen has dishes though if you plan to use it there are no basics like salt/pepper or anything to wipe a counter with.

We’ve been traveling to the beach for 27 years and this was best condo we’ve ever stayed in. 5 stars in every way! The only complaint I have is not the unit or the property itself but the beach service.. they were not friendly nor accommodating. My family and I will definitely rent this property again.

Gorgeous Getaway

This property was AMAZING! The condo, location, view, beach service was wonderful! We were coming from AZ, so we wished the condo provided basic spices, cooking oil, coffee filters, more toilet paper. We asked the office for coffee filters twice, they said they were coming, and we never got them in 4 days. It’s hard to have to buy basics when you fly in. Past VRBO properties provided those basics. We also would have appreciated beach towels. Overall, however the place was lovely!

Family Vacation

Just got home from Destin and just like every year, we didn’t want to come home. The condo had plenty of room but the floors weren’t that clean. After 30 minutes of my granddaughter crawling around, her knees and hands were filthy. So we mopped the floors before we did anything else! I wasn’t so sure about being 14 floors up but it was ok. Not sure if I would rent this unit again due to that but it was nice.

Better Than the Pictures!

We just returned from a 9 night stay. The condo has undergone some upgrades since these pictures were taken, we were very impressed with the changes. New, more neutral paint colors and upgrades to kitchen and bathrooms which were much appreciated. The pool and grounds are immaculate. We had amazing weather, which will help any trip. I would highly recommend this unit to my family and friends. Beach service guys were so nice. I took previous reviewers advice and inquired about doing a weekly unlimited wakeboard, kayak, and lily pad rental. He advised me that they were expecting red flags for at least 3 of the next 7 days and that they could not allow rentals those days. He was right and wound up saving me money. We did have a few issues (leaky sink and chewing tabacco from an upper floor) these issues were addressed promptly and with a follow up call from Compass Resorts.

Awesome Vacation!!! We will go again!!! Highly Recommend!!!

We loved Silver Beach Towers! Our Condo was great! The beach was beautiful! The pool and hot tub were great! We purchased a week pass for Shaggy's beach rental that we used constantly! We used paddle boards, kayaks, orange water matts, blue matts it was fabulous! We were always able to get what we wanted! Grocery, Restaurants, Liquor store, Putt putt, water park, all right there!

Great find!

We were unexpectedly displaced from our rental house, and went looking for a condo to accompodate our big family. Kelsey @Compass Resorts was a BIG help to us. As a walk-in customer, she took the time to place us . We loved our condo, and it was BETTER than the house we had before. It was also very easy to get to and from everything! Thank you Kelsey!
