In the heart of the Pays des Abers, the Villa de Saint-Pabu offers 300 m2 of living and relaxation space in the immediate vicinity of the white sandy beaches and dunes of northern Finistère.

The 230 m2 living area ensures a comfortable and friendly stay in a warm décor with the taste of the day. It includes on the ground floor a beautiful entrance with storage space and a separate toilet with washbasin, a living room of 70 m2 with an American kitchen with a central island-bar, a dining room and a living room with wood insert and small sea view. A studio with a small sea view, with a bedroom with a double bed, a kitchenette, a shower room and a separate toilet is located on the ground floor. A double bedroom with a small sea view completes this level. Upstairs, 4 double bedrooms, two of which have a sea view, a dormitory, a bathroom with Italian shower and baineo bath and a separate toilet. The ground floor terrace enjoys a very nice panorama of Corn Ar Gazel and the sunsets.

The relaxation area consists of a 70 m2 indoor swimming pool area accessible from the living room through a secure glass door. This area has a bathroom with toilet. It is south-facing with sliding bay windows overlooking the garden. The large 10-metre-long and 3.5-metre-wide pool, heated all year round to 29 degrees, is bordered by a beach with deckchairs.

The 1500 m2 property is fully enclosed. Two gardens are accessible from the ground floor rooms:
- The south-facing garden, overlooking the bay windows of the indoor swimming pool and the kitchen, is ideal for enjoying the sunny days. Sheltered from the prevailing winds, it has a terrace, a BBQ and outdoor furniture (table for 14 people, parasol, garden furniture with coffee table, deckchairs, etc.).
- the garden on the sea side, on which the ground floor bedrooms and the living room overlook, is conducive to ball games and offers a sea view.

The leisure facilities available are very complete: pool games, board games, 4 televisions, a CD player (Geneva). Four rooms are equipped with desks, wifi is available in all rooms.

The Villa de Saint Pabu is suitable for families, groups of friends or teams in a professional setting. Its 6 bedrooms and dormitory can be arranged to accommodate 7 couples in double beds or 11 people in single beds or any other configuration corresponding to a maximum capacity of 15 people.

Access to the property is via an electric gate opening onto a large tarmac car park with 5 comfortable spaces (7 possible) including two under carport. Charging station for electric cars available as an option.
