Julie was an amazing host. Very responsive and accommodating to some last minute requests due to weather changes. The home had everything we needed to host a family dinner and was very spacious. We loved this place and would definitely book again if we were staying in Rio Verde.

An Ultra Comfortable Space Before An Ultramarathon!

We were in town from out of state to run an ultramarathon nearby. This bright, spacious, clean, quiet home was the perfect space to come back to after a big physical effort. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area for any purpose.

This home fit our needs very well. Very good location, but not on a busy part of the street. Walking distance to the Pool and fitness. Rental included a golf cart, which worked out well for us.The home was a little older, but has been upgraded. The Furniture was excellent.Julie was a joy to work with. She made herself available as we needed. We had some last minute changes that she accommodated without issue. Julie and her support crew were very responsive to a maintenance issue that arose.

James was a great guest! He reserved the place well in advance, took excellent care of the property, and was kind and accommodating when we had to have a plumbing issue fixed at the beginning of his stay. Highly recommend!

Great Accommodations

Julie was great to work with and the house had everything we needed. The Rio Verde complex is wonderful and the residents are very friendly. The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed lounging by the community pool. We would definitely stay again.

Good desert location

Great, quiet location. Fun viewing desert birds (and javelina) from house. Good access to great mountain biking. Nice hot tub to help recover!

Beautiful home

This house was perfect for our stay. Host was very responsive. Hot tub was great. Home nicely furnished. Bed was very comfortable. TV in bedroom is outdated but other than that, everything else was perfect.
