One loft bedroom condo across the street from the beach with 1 queen ,1 single and sofa bed. 2 flat screen TV's. SEE 7 NIGHT IN SEASON MINIMUM BELOW. NO LINENS PROVIDED. 5 PERSON MAXIMUM.
Three swimming pools, tennis courts and dock with fishing and kayak access. Private deck with picnic table. Located on the less crowded west end approximately 1 mile from pier and town center. Great location for biking, walking and running. Wide beach. Perfect for couples and families. Short drive to many restaurants and premier golf courses. RELAXATION at its best! SEVEN NIGHT MINIMUM FROM SATURDAY AT 3:00 PM to Saturday at 10 AM from JUNE 1 TO AUGUST 31. From September 4 to May 31 there is a TWO NIGHT MINIMUM with check in at 3:00 and checkout by 10:00.

YOU MUST PROVIDE LINENS AND TOWELS.

Great place for a solo week at the beach! It was very clean, well put together, and had everything I needed! Wayne was great in responding to messages that I sent and making sure that I had everything I need and had a great comfortable stay! Will for sure be back next year!

Beach Getaway

We were not disappointed at all! The location was ideal, right across the street from the beach. It has a private walkway to the beach which made us feel really safe and it was extremely convenient. Our host was ready to assist us in any way necessary. I would highly recommend this property to anyone. In fact, when I’m in the area again,I will take the opportunity to stay at our Beach Getaway again!

We had a wonderful time , short walk to the beach and pool .

Very enjoyable small place with a nice kitchen pan supply . We are old, so the stairs to the loft were a little hard on the knees but no fault but ours. There is a small place by the beach with rocking chairs to sit and look out over the dune

Getaway

My wife and I came alone the week before all the kids and grandkids arrived the following week. This one bedroom condo was perfect for us. Across the street from the beach, so the walk to the beach was really easy. Place was quiet, well equipped with everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again. Owner was quick to answer any of our questions.

Excellent property!

I would have given this property 6 stars if that were an option! We were very close to the ocean, 3 minute walk, the condo was updated , extremely clean , and excellent updates, such as new washer and dryer, new carpeting on steps and upstairs loft. The bathroom had been redone and was very nice. We’ve been going to OIB for 31 years and this year was our best for accommodations! We’ll be back!

What's Not To Like?

Perfect place for my husband & I. Location is fantastic! Within a couple of minutes, you are on beach, at oceanfront pool or other pool in Starboard. Nice not having to climb a couple of flights of steps to get to unit. The deck in front of unit offered more privacy than I thought it would. The unit itself was clean and modern. Handy having washer & dryer. My sister stayed with us for a couple of nights and it didn't feel too crowded. Communication with owner good with prompt responses to any questions I had during process. Would definitely stay again.

Ocean isle

The condo location was perfect. I had to clean the bathroom to use it. There was black mold in shower everywhere. The toilet had black in it. The shower was clogged with a ton of hair and the plug would not stay open. There was a receipt under the open vanity from 2023 The light bulbs were burned out in the laundry room and upstairs. The living room furniture had food all under it and around it. We had to move the furniture and run the sweeper I got bites on ankles and thighs every time I sat in the living room. The kitchen cabinets were dirty and top of refrigerator. It is a beautiful condo but the cleaning staff needs revamped.
