Our cottage is located in Gourdine small hamlet of a few houses in the commune of Saint-Jean Saint Gervais it is an independent house of 86 m² with a terrace, a shelter with garden furniture, land, motorcycle garage.


Our holiday home is composed as follows:

On the ground floor

- a large living room: kitchen (dishwasher, fridge-freezer, combined microwave oven, gas hob, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker,..), spacious dining room, living room, and games, TV, sofa bed, fixed sofa, pellet stove.

- bathroom with sink, shower and washing machine and toilet



On the 1st floor:
2 bedrooms with bed 140 x190
1 baby cot equipped with a thick mattress
1 bathroom: shower, washbasin and toilet

On the 2nd floor:
3rd bedroom with 4 beds 90 x190

Pleasant enclosed exterior: parking, barbecue, garden furniture, parasol, deckchairs available. No Wifi

Sheets and towels and end-of-stay cleaning are not included. Optional 12 euros/bed per stay and 5 euros/person for towels.

Pets are not allowed.

End-of-stay cleaning not included as an option 70 euros.
Please note that it is forbidden to charge electric vehicles in our cottage.
