This is a delightful, clean, well-equipped and welcoming apartment overlooking fields and woods but so near the centre of St. Valery. It’s a wonderful base for exploring an amazing area.

Excellent location and very comfortable

This was our second stay at Valérie’s lovely apartment and it does not disappoint. Well equipped, clean and comfortable and in a very convenient location. Secure parking for car and our bikes. A real bonus this year was seeing a pair of RED squirrels playing in the trees outside the window - a rare treat as we don’t see them where we live.

Great appartment for two people

This modern appartment was beautifully clean and well equipped for our 10 day stay. The whole complex is gated and has secure, allocated parking for one car, plus a secure storage room for bicycles - well used, during our stay. We had no problems with the check-in - Valérie was charming and quickly showed us everything we needed to know. We’d have no hesitation in returning.

Appartement bien situé et bénéficie d'un environnement paisible avec vue sur la nature.Intérieur moderne et bien entretenu mais,même s'il n’accueille que 2 occupants,il mériterait grandement un complément au niveau de la vaisselle disponible car nous n'avons eu à notre disposition,outre les casseroles, qu'une seule poêle et pour la vaisselle de table il n’y a pas assez de verres,assiettes et au minimum un 2ème saladier sinon à quoi sert un lave-vaisselle 12 couverts!

Le Perroquet a encore fait le malin : il a visiblement jugé qu’avec seulement une poêle, quelques verres et un seul saladier, le lave-vaisselle 12 couverts pouvait servir de piste de danse. Vous avez raison, il y a un point à améliorer. Aussi, le Perroquet vous invite officiellement à la revanche : la prochaine fois, on fait une partie de lave-vaisselle avec tout le matériel qui vous a manqué cette fois-ci.
