A professional cleaning is done before and after each trip.
Although the apartment is located on the ground floor, with a large entrance and a large bedroom (14m²), it is not adapted to people with reduced mobility, especially because of the bathroom with bathtub, and the small separate toilet.
## Emplacement
Between the Seine and Plaine-Saint-Denis, Saint-Ouen adds to the pleasures of classical tourism an industrial heritage that interests a growing public today. The origin of the name comes from Saint-Ouen, bishop of Rouen, who died in the royal villa of Clippiacum inhabited by Dagobert. At the foot of the fortifications, before the 1914 war, the first ragpickers, the "biffins", settled down, giving the name of "marché au Puces".
