This home was built in 2013. It was designed to be a vacation rental. Please compare homes before booking. This home has 5 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms. LARGE areas in the house for groups and alot of areas to get away if you so desire (ie., observation tower). It has a HUGE deck with seating for 20 and amazing views, has a natural gas grill. Dining room seats 20 people. Lower level has an amazing game room with pool table and foosball table. City water, sewer, natural gas, high speed internet. All pavement no gravel. This home also boasts a unique 2 level observation tower for 360 degree viewing the Black Hills- Relaxation does not get better than this!

Janette and I purchased this popular vacation property in 2020. The home was designed and built in 2013 as a vacation home. We welcome you to Vistapoint on Mounain View, our gem of the Black Hills. Originally from Texas, we were drawn to this area by the natural mountain beauty, great summer weather and year round outdoor activities. We hope you will enjoy your stay as much as we do.
Why they chose this property
Vistapoint on Mountain View is one of the most unique vacation properties in The Black Hills. This large home is perched atop the mountain behind the town of Lead with amazing panoramic views of mountains and town below. The home provides alot of privacy, while situated close to activities and shopping. It sleeps up to 20 persons, so it is ideal for multiple families to come enjoy the year round activities of the area - skiing, snow mobile, hiking, off roading, fishing and more.
What makes this property unique
Vistapoint on Mountain View has great mountain views and is close to Terry Peak, Deadwood and other mountain activities. Local shopping and restaurants are literally at the bottom of the hill.
