The house features central heating, ironing equipment, a vacuum cleaner, cleaning products, a fan, a washing machine and a desk.
Note that bed linen and tourist tax are included in the rental fee. Final cleaning must be done by the guests or can be available with additional 200 euros to be paid on site. Towels must be brought by the guests or can be available with additional 30 euros to be paid on site.
Parking is available at location (included on the rental price). Smoking is not allowed inside. Pets are not allowed. Parties are allowed. The owner lives near the property.
There is an outdoor shower. Check in and check out flexible. Disturbance at night is prohibited. Parties are not allowed outside, only inside the house. if you want to play music, play it inside the house, not outside. A pool table is available as well as a table football and a ping-pong table. The property is limited to a maximum of 16 people. The owner's son lives in a studio upstairs but entrances are totally separated. you won't bump into each other during your stay.

Maison cabinet de curiosités

Excellent séjour dans cette grande maison assez extraordinaire. Elle présente une certaine vétusté mais cela fait tout son charme! Le contact avec Marie est facile et clair. Un sans faute !

C’était un plaisir de loger dans l’immense maison de Marie, pleine d’histoire(s), confortable, spacieuse et intrigante. La communication a été optimale avec Marie. La maison a 17 vrais couchages et tout ce qu’il faut comme matériel pour accueillir de grands groupes. Seul (tout) petit bémol : des soucis de plomberie ont rendu notre deuxième nuit un peu moins confortable mais nous ne tenons absolument pas rigueur aux propriétaires … les imprévus, ça arrive. Encore merci à Marie pour l’accueil !

La plus belle maison de Bailleul

Tout s’est super bien passé, la maison est sublime, bien décorée, tout était très propre. Nous y avons passé un super moment et nous espérons pouvoir y retourner cet été pour pouvoir profiter du jardin et de la piscine. Merci à toute la famille pour leur confiance et leur accueil. Le contact est agréable et les hôtes sont très réactifs.
