NEW - SUPER DUPLEX WITH TERRACE AND PARKING

Ideal apartment with family or friends. Tastefully made, you will appreciate its services, its terrace and its position in BOZEL.

Ideally located (100m from shops/restaurants / 100m from the shuttle bus stop / 100m from the lake)
The apartment is also ideally located in the Tarentaise (13 min/9km from Courchevel, 10 min/6km from Champagny, 20 min/14km from Pralognan).

Our services include linen (beds made on arrival) and towels.
The accommodation
On the first level:
a stay with:
-A lounge area with a large sofa, a large TV (130cm), a table for 6 people and a wood stove.
-An open kitchen with everything you need (fridge, freezer, kettle, nespresso coffee machine, toaster, microwave, oven)
- A separate toilet
> you will also have access to a private terrace of 16m2 (with magnificent view of the Grand Bec)

Upstairs:
-a bedroom with a (new) double bed of 140.
-a bedroom with a (new) double bed of 160.
-A new spacious and bright bathroom (walk-in shower / double sink and toilet).

The apartment is heated with underfloor heating. It is possible to use the stove (purchase of wood at your own expense).

GROS + The apartment has a large cellar of 16m2 (with washing machine and dryer) and a private parking space.

A lovely, clean apartment in a fab location. The information we received before arrival was excellent. Easy to find the apartment and the parking space was a real bonus.

Bien situé !

Maison bien équipée et bien fonctionnelle. Très bien situé avec place de parking, cave, machine à laver et très bien équipé et agréable à l’intérieur avec jeux de société,etc… 3 minutes du centre-ville et du lac, très appréciable. Dommage pour nous il y avait un gros chantier de construction juste à côté qui démarrait à 7:00 jusqu’à 18:00 donc compliqué pour des vacances. Dommage que nous n’ayons pas été prévenu avant.

Excellent séjour a Bozel

Duplex tout confort idéalement situé à 2 pas du lac et du centre du village tout en étant au calme. Vue magnifique sur les montagnes. Terrasse très agréable.
