Overall excellent value for money. The apartment had everything we needed, and we didn't feel like we needed more space for our family of 4.The apartment is right at the end of the building which meant a bit of a walk down the corridors, but also meant that we had windows on two sides and a fabulous view across the valley towards the Mont Blanc mountains and the sunset. It also meant that nobody else was walking past our apartment disturbing us.Having two separate toilets was great, and a bath for restorative soaks after a day skiing.We had everything we needed in the apartment ie kitchen stuff etc.One thing that's not clear is that you need to take out tourist rental insurance for the apartment. This cost me 20 Euro online, so not the end of the world, but it wasn't clear at time of booking.It's a couple of minutes (at most) walk to get to the skiing, and I bet when the snow is better (we went at Easter) you could ski right to the door of the apartment block. Ski school is about a 7 minute walk.I'm already looking at next year's trip, and would happily book this place again.

Las normas en VRBO no dicen la realidad! Una vez realizado el pago y pasada la fecha de devolución te envían las "normas sorpresa del apartamento" o traes las sábanas o pagas -80 y por si fuera poco al llegar encima de la mesa te encuentras con la siguiente "nueva norma" o limpias la casa integral de arriba a abajo o te tocará pagar X dinero que no lo especifica el papel... Es una pena como se trata al turista viniendo de Mallorca y sabiendo cómo les tratamos aquí a ellos... Por no hablar de que todo en francés, saben que eres extranjero les contestas los emails en ingles y siguen contestando te en francés... Pero eso es Francia entera que no sabe que el chatgpt les traduce o lo saben y no les importa. Servicio al cliente de CERO y así luego estan las pistas de ski sin gente y el pueblo desértico en plena temporada

Vavances de ski en avril

Magnifique séjour, en plus du soleil et du superbe domaine des Arcs, nous étions comme chez nous. L'appartement est très fonctionnel et confortable, il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour se sentir chez soi. La vue est magnifique et la proximité des pistes un vrai plus. La propreté est irréprochable, nous espérons revenir prochainement.pour se sentir chez soi

Une station pour les Jeunes

Magnifique domaine skiable MAIS les accès aux pistes ou au front de neige pour les skieurs sont difficiles (escalier .... longs chemins entre bâtiments ... ). Point négatif : le côut prohibitif du parking obligatoire dans la station (100 la semaine)... Le logement est petit mais très fonctionnel et bien aménagé, la vue sur le Mont Blanc est splendide et le balcon est spacieux.

Bonjour Yannick nous vous remercions de votre gentille appréciation concernant notre appartement qui semble vous avoir plu, Concernant le coût du parking c'est la prérogative de la mairie de Bourg dans le but de contribuer à la fluidité des circulations autour de la station ainsi qu'à l'entretien et travaux sur les voiries et parkings (dixit mairie 2009). Un duplex très cosy et fonctionnel

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans ce duplex très bien agencé. Le propriétaire est soucieux de la propreté et de l’entretien du logement. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir lors d’un prochain passage aux Arcs!

Nous vous remercions pour cette aimable appréciation, en effet nous souhaitons apporter à nos locataires le confort et la propreté qu'ils sont en droit d'exiger, malheureusement notre résidence n'a pas été équipée de local à skis et nous avons fait de notre mieux pour que les skis, chaussures, masques...puissent être rangés à l'entrée de l'appartement et la configuration de celui-ci en bout de couloir permet de chausser et déchausser en toute tranquillité.
