This cuddly, small apartment is in the 10th OG a well-kept residential complex and is located directly at the Günther-Klotz-plant in the west of the city.
The one-room apartment has a tea kitchen with coffee maker, ceramic hob, fridge with freezer, an anteroom, and a bathroom with bathtub. The apartment is equipped with a flat screen TV (SAT connection).
The house has a washing machine and dryer.
If you look through the large windows, a Karlsruhe is at your feet. From the Rhine to the Turmberg. In good weather you can see both the Palatinate mountains, as well as the Kraichgau with the Michelskapelle.
Conveniently located on the southern tangent and yet completely without traffic noise, as to the far side.
It is only a few minutes to the New Fair or the ZKM. Two tram stops are also in the immediate vicinity.
