We were warmly welcomed to this smart and attractive house by owners Catherine and Bernard. It is located in the countryside with easy access to the N9 and is surrounded by vineyards. Although located in a small cluster of houses it is very private and peaceful.Inside there is a well-resourced island kitchen with dining area and a separate room with washing machine, so no disturbing noise. There is a large comfortable lounge/dining room with a huge smart TV. Four large double bedrooms (one at ground level with en-suite). There's a TV set up in each bedroom, ideal for families with teenagers perhaps. A family bathroom upstairs. All linen is provided except pool towels. The property is served by good WiFi. Outside leading from the kitchen there's a patio area and a dining set, with steps leading to a gorgeous swimming pool, pool bar and bbq, a seating area with parasols. Secure parking at the front and side of the house. Historic Pézenas is nearby with shops/supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Closer to home La Table de Montrose impressed us with its cuisine. Pézenas, Béziers and Tourbes all offered good dining, fêtes and Estivales. We have had a great stay and explored the neighbouring villages. Fishing on the Hérault at Bélarga. I endorse this as a stunning place to stay. It was pristine on arrival and easy to maintain. We will gladly return in the future.
