Located in the Southeast corner of Victoria Park, our 2nd floor 1 bedroom 1 bathroom hideout sits hidden from the main house which is in front making it a nice little place to relax.
Just a short walk to the excitement of Las Olas Blvd - with tons of dining and shopping options. A nice 1.2 mile walk east to beach or short Uber / Lyft ride.

6 miles to airport, 3 miles to Convention Center, Cruise Port , Galleria Mall and so many other exciting things......

Old Florida

The property is an older three unit rental complex in a very nice neighborhood close to downtown las Olas Boulevard. The kitchen in nice and well equipped. The unit has some quirks which need to be updated like switches that do nothing or are taped over, inadequate lighting and some needed repairs. But, for the price, it is a readable bargain

Cozy 1 bedroom on an amazing location Everything you can think off within walking distance. David, the owner, is an outstanding host. Always a phone call away. Safe, family and dog friendly neighborhood! Definitely recommend!

Our daughter has been living and working in Fort Lauderdale since 2012. She is one of the leading commercial / residential realtors in the area. She is with Native Realty, located in Flager Village.
Growing up in a real estate family, she called one morning and said " I found the perfect property for us...: " . Trusting her judgement, we signed a contract for this 3 unit property.
The main 2 bedroom home was decorated by the previous owners a award winning faux painter.

The rear home contains 2 units - 1 1st floor one bedroom 1.5 bath and an upstairs one bedroom 1 bath apartment.

The charm of the main home or either of the 2 rear units. Each one has their own place and mood.

Close to everything and the quiet family neighborhood is one of the best places to relax - yet be seconds away from excitement.
