Modern and featuring original art, the 4-unit building was recently renovated. This is Unit #2, downstairs (upstairs units available). We are right downtown with all the restaurants and nightlife, just 3.5 miles to the beach and 3 minute access to the highway. Nestled between the Old Dillard museum and a Gothic church, the apartment is situated in a significant cultural and historical neighborhood downtown.
