Palm Aire Village area is a great, quiet neighborhood, and great location.

Generally the house served it's purpose. We got away for winter and enjoyed the stay. The owner is very nice and friendly, but it probably should be noted that he stays on property in a tiny home. The house has quirks, and I left him a list of things that need attention. Like most pools in Florida, it's not heated. Furniture and some kitchen items are dated and need updating, but considering the price compared to other rentals, we thought the value was there.

Great location in quiet neighborhood

I could tell the host had put a lot of care into the prep of the house. As a newer house on the market some of the kinks are still being worked out. Pool was great. Neighborhood was quiet, friendly and safe. Host was welcoming, friendly and accommodating. We had a great stay!
