Best house and location since 2017

We've been going to Topsail/ Surf City since 2017 and stayed at numerous houses all over the island. This was the best one! Everything you want/need is steps away and the ocean is right out your door! Communicating with the management company was super simple and quick, the house was very clean. well stocked (I'll mention a few exceptions shortly), the beds were comfortable, and the elevator was a huge bonus for loading and unloading our stuff. We wished there was more than one kitchen towel provided, a few basic cleaning supplies, and a chest of drawers in more than one bedroom. The only thing that was a "bigger first world problem" was Spectrum's wi-fi was terrible!! There were only two of us and we kept getting kicked off, had to restart the modem and TV many times, and use our data most of the time. If it's possible to upgrade the wi-fi, that would be awesome just so you can listen to music, and connect etc. Will the wi-fi issue keep us from re-renting this beautiful home? No way and we're going to be back next year!! Thank you for the use and enjoyment of your beautiful house!! Jenn & Sully :)

Perfect family reunion

The house was in a great location on a beautiful beach but close to everything. The views from the deck are gorgeous it was the perfect place for our family reunion!

Great location

The property is in an excellent location and is great for families. The only reason for not providing higher stars was the property manager did not disclose that the property had issues with the air conditioner and had mobile AC units throughout the property prior to arrival. The property was not clean and required us to clean the bathrooms etc. We reported to the property manager and they apologized for the inconvenience. We expect it was a staffing issue. We would stay at the property again.
