Situated on the front row, ocean views are prominent and the sand is only a few steps away and easily accessed by a private beach access just off to the side of the house. If you don’t want to spend all of your time at the beach, there is a community pool and hot tub at your disposal. Take advantage of breathtaking views of the water and the salty ocean mist from the expansive deck which is equipped with plenty of seating for your entire group. Additional amenities include an elevator, a Tesla charger, an outdoor shower, board games, a pack-and-play, and a highchair.

Guests will enter through the ground floor and proceed up a set of stairs to the second level, which hosts the living room, dining area, kitchen, a half bath, and an expansive covered oceanfront deck with a hot tub. The well-appointed gourmet kitchen is equipped with high-end appliances and features a sleek marble countertop and center island, a beautiful gray backsplash, a farmhouse sink, a wine fridge, two coffee makers - a Ninja DualBrew Pro Single-Serve, with a 12-Cup Drip Coffee Maker, and a regular Keurig. Located directly off the kitchen is the dining area. The table can comfortably accommodate eight, with two additional chairs, if needed. A separate dining table nearby seats four. As you make your way around to the living room, you’ll find a sitting area with a queen sleeper sofa, two chairs and huge windows with a gorgeous backdrop of the ocean. The open-concept living area has comfortable seating with queen sleeper sofa and a flat-screen TV over the fireplace mantle. There are two bedrooms on this floor, one with a queen-sized bed and one with a king. The two bedrooms share a jack-and-jill bathroom.

The third floor has three beautifully decorated bedrooms. At the top of the stairs there is an additional sleeping area that opens up to the expansive top-floor oceanfront deck where you can see the ocean for miles and miles. This space has doors that close for privacy with a queen sleeper sofa, a fireplace, large flat-screen TV, and a coffee station with a Keurig. The master bedroom offers a private deck entrance to the oceanfront porch, a king bed, a fireplace, and a private bathroom with two vanities, a tub, and stall shower. The second bedroom also offers deck access with incredible ocean views, a king-sized bed, and a private bathroom. The third bedroom has two twin over twin bunk beds, both with twin trundles, sleeping a total of six. A full bathroom is attached to the bunk room, but can also be accessed through a separate door, convenient to the queen sleeper sofa. A washing machine and dryer can be found in a hall closet.

Elevator Notice
This home includes a residential elevator for guest convenience. The elevator is available on the ground floor and travels to the second floor. Please note, the elevator does not travel to the third floor. While every effort is made to ensure it is functioning properly, elevators can occasionally require service. Elevator availability cannot be guaranteed, and refunds will not be issued if the elevator becomes inoperable during a stay. Guests who require elevator access should plan accordingly.

There is an additional room with a foosball table and TV located through the garage on the ground floor. A second refrigerator is also available for guest use. A smart TV is provided in each bedroom. There are 4-6 parking spaces in the driveway depending on vehicle size. There are two garage spaces, one with a Tesla charger. The Ocean Ridge community pool is available for guests and is typically open from May to September.

Guest groups are assigned a personal entrance code for the duration of their stay on the keyless entry lock. Provided With Your Stay: Bath Towels, Hand Towels and Washcloths, Bath Mats, and Kitchen Linens are provided. The beds will be made prior to your arrival. A First Night Amenity Kit which includes an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and more will be waiting for you!
