This accommodation is ranked 4 stars by Etoiles de France.

**Inside, the apartment features the following:**

- A huge main room, basted in natural light (thanks to its Southeast orientation) with large bay windows opening to the spectacular terrace, with the following floor plan:
- A lounging area with 2 sofas, a flat-screen TV, a coffee table.
- A dining area for 6 people with a bonus view of the sea while you enjoy your meals.
- The kitchen separated by a counter top, well equipped with all you will need, including a must-have Nespresso coffee machine (what else?) and the bonus view of the sea with your morning coffee as well.

- The terrace, featuring a dining table for 6 people, a sofa (ideal for a peaceful time contemplating the sunrise), a spectacular view over the swimming pool and, further away, the coast and the Lérins islands.

**3 bedroom suite-like with the following features:**

- A first bedroom (without windows but with a beautiful sunny wallpaper) with a “jungle” atmosphere, two single beds and a shower area.

- A second bedroom, with an elegant atmosphere, a queen size bed, a large closet, a small private terrace and a bathroom with shower and superb marble work.

- A third bedroom, with a bohemian atmosphere, a double bed and a shower area.

**APARTMENT HIGHLIGHTS:**

- Within a gated estate with swimming pool.

- Several parking lots available to tenants only (there are always spaces available!)

- Air conditioning in all the bedrooms (not in the living room)

- Double-pane windows for optimum comfort.

- Wifi internet connection, because all you need is love and wifi

- Center of Cannes only 5 minutes away by car.

- Local daily shopping options only 3 minutes away by car (bakery, grocery store, small local café, etc...)

**AND AS A BONUS**

All bed linen provided for each bed as well as 1 large and 1 small bath towel per person (sorry, the “adjust-to-person-size” option was not available). **Additional linen and towels available for a fee upon request.**
A map of the city and transportation with booklet of must-see places (and must-not).
A survival kit upon arrival (shampoo, shower gel, coffee, tea...).

**IMPORTANT: For your neighbors' comfort and your own, please no day or night parties are allowed. Pets are not allowed except small sizes and upon approval. Smokers are kindly invited to take their cigarette breaks OUTDOORS ONLY.**

**OME GEOGRAPHY SO YOU KNOW WHERE YOU ARE:**

From the property, you will be able to reach the following points of interests within a few minutes ride by car (or a little more by bicycle):

- The public beaches of Cannes and find a spot to set your beach gear and get some sun (5 minutes away).

- The private beach clubs of the famous Croisette and rent a lounge chair, or just go for a stroll along the seafront and go for a ride on the Carrousel or for a remote control boat race (8 to 9 minutes away).

- The old Suquet district to explore its cobblestone alleys, savor some red snapper filets at Beija Fior's and/or fill up on postcards and very small but very expensive souvenirs (5 minutes away).

- Downtown Cannes where you can use your imagination while discovering its streets by walking on the odd-numbered sides of the streets (various times)

- The nearby town of Cannes La Bocca (5 minutes away), to explore its beaches, shops and markets.

**And to make your life easier, we have a concierge service for whatever you may need!**
Ask us what you would like, especially if you need a driver, a bit of housekeeping, a luggage drop-off, a parking reservation, or maybe a baby crib or a high chair for the little ones traveling with you. We'll do our best to assist you during your stay.

**!! CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT INFORMATION!!**
Check-in and check-out are flexible (like us), except if other guests are arriving and/or departing on the same day as you do, in which case the check-in is no earlier than 4 pm and check-out no later than 11 am (We could not find a way to clone our apartments.)
IMPORTANT: An extra charge of 35 Euros will be required for late arrivals after 8 pm and before midnight. Late arrivals after midnight will be possible only with a key lock box (we need to keep that time for Netflix).
And since your satisfaction is our top priority, do not hesitate to contact us during your stay, we will be happy to help you (except after midnight, during our Netflix time, of course).
