Dreaming of a memorable yet affordable Hawaiian vacation? Our Villa is calling you! It is located on the sunny Western shore of Oahu, and was built as a paradise for family-oriented beach lovers. It is landscaped with beautiful palm trees, koi ponds, a sandy-bottom kid's pool, an Olympic-sized lap pool, a family pool, and owner's leisure lounge, indoor fitness center and a Tiki Beach Bar. The Championship Golf Course and the Four Seasons Spa and Sport Clubs are nearby. The lagoon is a swimming paradise for beach lovers of all ages. There are minimal waves and crystal clear water safe from large fish. The lagoon is filled with small colorful fish and the resident turtles, perfect for snorkelling. The condo is luxuriously furnished to provide comfort and pleasure to prospective guests. It is approximately 1386 sq' and equipped with a "Roy Yamaguchi" designed kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances and a SubZero fridge, to inspire your gourmet cooking experience. The spacious dining and living rooms are furnished with cozy, comfortable furniture, and overlook an open field to the Ko-Olina Golf Course on the left, Marriott Hotel in the distance over the lanai, and the Pacific Ocean on the right. We even have an office nook with a new Brother Printer for you to print your boarding passes, etc; The Master bedroom has a large and comfortable California King-sized bed; the master bathroom has a deep soaking tub, marble walk-in shower and dual vanities. The guest bedroom has 2 Twin Beds that can be combined into a King-sized bed. We also have one Queen pull-out sofa beds for extra guests in the Living Room. The Guest Bathroom has a combo bathtub and shower. If you plan to rent a car, you will have your own underground parking space at no extra charge.

We had the best experience at this beautiful villa! From check in to check out, everything was perfect! The villa itself was very clean and had everything that we needed right there; from beach toys to a fully functional kitchen for our cooking needs. We found the best snorkeling in a small cove just a short walk from the resort, my kids were in heaven! Communication with the owners was the easiest I have experienced and when one need did arise it was taken care of promptly! The only negative thing I can think of is that we didn’t book our stay for longer! We will definitely be back!

Well equipped kitchen, very comfortable. We love staying at the Beach Villas. Communication was a bit clunky as it was some thru VRBO app and some via email. Overall we would stay here again. The view is nice, but encountered more insect friends on the lanai than we have in past stays. Not unpleasant but noticeable. Maybe because the unit is on the 2nd floor. Beds comfortable.

The location is stellar. It is the best beach I have ever been to and I couldn't believe that it wasn't crowded. We spent a week over August and at not point was it even close to crowded. The home was fantastic. This was not a rental only property which means that quality of the furnishing, kitchenware, etc. were all of a higher quality vs. the homes that are purely rental. Great communication with the owner as well.

My husband, David and I have lived in Los Angeles, California. We love to travel and have been all around the World. Hawaii is now our favorite destination, so we have been to Ko-Olina many times, staying at the Marriott. David is a fish and he loves to swim in the Lagoons! When we decided to purchase a vacation home, we could think of nowhere in the world better than the Beach Villas in Ko-Olina!

Why they chose this property

When we were given a tour of the Beach Villas in August, we were amazed how beautiful this property is and the wonderful amenities it has to offer. We know that the Beach Villas is a very special vacation place that we and our guests will enjoy very much. There are no other privately-owned vacation rentals this close to the Lagoon! The Aloha Spirit is alive and well at the Beach Villas!!!

What makes this property unique

The immediate access to the Lagoons, the Olympic-sized lap pool, the Golf Course and nearby Roy's restaurant are just a few features that made us salivate!! The condo itself has a beautiful open feeling, over-looking an open field and a slice of the ocean. The open-floor plan and the professionally designed kitchen are irresistible. The whole layout of the condo, its furnishings and the amenities contribute to a wonderfully luxurious feeling.
