Poor Communication with the host

The house itself is well situated, very close to the city center where everything is happening. Bedrooms were comfortable and the view was beautiful. However we had a poor experience communicating with the host. We did not have any internet for the duration of our stay. Apparently this had been an issue for a few weeks but this was not communicated to us before check-in. We were assured it would be fixed in the first days of our week long stay but it was not. Checkout was an uncomfortable experience. The host was 10 minutes earlier than the time we gave, came in and checked all rooms while we were still loading the car, the cleaning crew was there as well. After we had left we started receiving multiple texts accusing us of using more sheet sets than we had informed them at the time of checkout. Needless to say this poor communication damaged the overall experience.

wunderschöne Aussicht

Wir, 5 Erwachsene und 2 Kleinkinder) waren 1 Woche in diesem wirklich toll gelegenen Haus. Der Blick auf das Meer, einfach unbeschreiblich. Die Abwicklung vor Ort mit Frau Gudde war topp, sie ist sehr freundlich, unkompliziert, zuvorkommend. Bäckerei im Ort ist fußläufig zu erreichen und größere Supermärkte in wirklich kurzer Umgebung. Im Großen und Ganzen hatten wir hier eine wirklich tolle Woche verlebt und die Kinder hatten ihren Spaß beim Muscheln suchen. Das Haus sowie Frau Gudde können wir uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen, die Bilder in der Beschreibung sind 100% identisch.
