Fantastic location. Owner Bridgette was very helpful.

Property location perfect. Large property with all amenities just a little dated and in need of of a little tlc as not as photos for advert. Garden could do with a little attention as overgrown. Having said that we had a lovely stay and would return. Thank you Bridgette.

Es war ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt

Superbe Séjour aux vacances de Toussaint

Très agréable séjour en famille La maison est fidele aux photos (voire mieux que les photos) Emplacement à 2 min de la plage , très pratique pour les enfants. Sehr schöne Woche am Meer

Wir haben ein sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus mit schönem, großen Garten in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Strand vorgefunden. Zum Strand geht man circa 2 Minuten. Für Fahrrad- und Rennradfahrer gibt die Gegend auch viel her. Am Haus findet man sogar einen kleinen Keller, der von außen zugänglich ist (abschließbar). Am Ort findet man alles, was man braucht und noch mehr. Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs erreicht man zu Fuß, zum Supermarkt fährt man circa 5 Minuten. Insgesamt sind wir sehr zufrieden, gerne wieder!

Verblijf was zeer goed. Heerlijke woning van alle gemakken voorzien en vlakbij het strand. Winkeltjes op loopafstand. Fijn wandelen langs strand en in duinen. Bezienswaardigheden en te bezoeken stadjes wel op grote afstand. Contact met beheerder, ondanks taalbarrière, was goed.

La météo n était pas avec nous! Heureusement la maison est spacieuse et permet à chacun de trouver sa place. La buanderie en sous sol est très pratique et les pêcheurs peuvent y laisser leur matériel. Propriétaire très accueillante et réactive.

Ruhige Lage, sonnige Terrasse, mit dem Meer vor der Tür

Vielleicht 50m vom Objekt entfernt liegt die 2km lange Promenade, von der man bei Flut direkt ins Meer steigen kann. Die Lage des Hauses ist ruhig, ab Mittag liegt die Terrasse in der Sonne, ein Block mit Barhockern trennt die Küche vom Wohnbereich. Zum Kochen (Gasherd) ist alles vorhanden, wenn auch nicht gerade neu. in zwei von drei Schlafzimmern steht ein schmales französisches Bett (140cm), wir haben im dritten die Einzelbetten (90cm) zusammengeschoben und hatten so ein schönes breites Bett. Unterschiedliche Angaben auf den bewerbenden Websites führte zu Mißverständnissen bei der Ankunft: der Endreinigungspreis (60€) war bei der Anzeige von FeWo-Direkt nicht erwähnt, und Bettwäsche sollte auch bezahlt werden, obwohl FeWo-Direkt das Objekt mit vorhandener Bettwäsche beworben hat. Der Ort ist ruhig mit einer wunderschönen Promenade, dreimal in der Woche gibt es einen Wochenmarkt (im September), es gibt ein gutes Fischgeschäft, ein Delikatessen-Geschäft und mehrere Bäcker. Wir würden es wiedernehmen.

Genieten in alle rust aan de Normandische kust tijdens de herfstvakantie

Ik heb met mijn 2 kinderen van 11 en 15 jaar zeer hard genoten van dit huis. Het huis is modern ingericht en heeft alle nodige comfort. En het ligt op een magnifieke locatie: de zee is zo vlakbij dat je ermee opstaat en gaat slapen ! 's Morgens naar de bakker rijden met zicht op de zee, overdag spelen op het strand en 's avonds naar de zonsondergang gaan kijken. Voor wie van mosselen en oesters houdt is het eveneens een paradijs. Je ziet de vissers vertrekken en aankomen op het strand en voor wie wil kan zich bij laag water wagen aan 'peche à pied'. Zeker bij springtij ! Vanuit Agon-Coutainville is het ook makkelijk om naar de grotere toeristische trekpleisters te gaan. Wij bezochten Omaha beach wat wel indruk maakte bij mijn kinderen, vooral mijn dochter, en de Mont-Saint-Michel. De regio heeft nog veel meer moois te bieden. Een aanrader bijv. is de wandeling vanuit het huis naar pointe d'Agon, maar neem zeker ook de tijd om te genieten van het strand. Voor ons staat het alvast vast: wij komen nog terug naar deze magische plek !

Agréable séjour en famille

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour en famille. La partie louée est de pleins pieds et est très facile à vivre. La maison est bien équipée et dans une rue calme. La terrasse est très agréable. Merci à Brigitte pour son accueil et sa réactivité.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Großzügige Wohnraumaufteilung, Küche perfekt ausgerüstet, großer Kühlschrank mit ausreichend Gefrierfläche. Heizung nach Bedarf möglich!! Für Juni ein grosser Vorteil. Fußböden, Wände, Badezimmer recht frisch u geschmackvoll renoviert. Hatten eigene Räder dabei, was sehr praktisch war. Auflagen für die Terrassenstühle wären schön gewesen.

A great house in a lovely town!

Cannot fault this holiday. Excellent communication from start to finish from Mme Levallois. Any help required (minor re internet) was immediate. House is all you need for a great holiday with excellent facilities and in wonderful location. The terrace and BBQ work really well and having a garden is a huge bonus (As is having 2 showers). You can walk to the beach, the shops and restaurants easily. You may need bikes for the Point d'Agon but it is manageable on foot via the Sentier. Coutainville itself is charming and there were lots of entertainments while we were there. The major attractions (Mont St Michel, Bayeux, D Day beaches, Cherbourg, etc) are within an hour's drive (approx) so it's easy to find things to do if the weather is variable. Overall we would recommend this property and area without hesitation. Merci beaucoup!

Agréable séjour

Très agréable séjour. La villa est très pratique, confortable. Pas de mauvaise surprise, la maison est bien équipée, nous n'avons manqué de rien et la propriétaire est avenante et disponible. La maison est tout près de la plage, dans une rue très calme. La région est très belle, il y a énormément de choses à voir ou à faire. Un très bon séjour, nous recommandons.

Tres jolie maison, propre et spacieuse.

Tres belle maison, qui offre beaucoup de confort. Située tout près de la mer. Nous y avons passé une semaine inoubliable. Bien située pour visiter les plages du debarquement ainsi que le Mont Saint Michel. Recomandée! Erg mooi huis: ruim, schoon, van alle gemakken voorzien. Heel dicht bij zee. We hebben hier een fantastische week gehad. Zowel D-day stranden als Mont Saint Michel zijn goed aan te rijden. Aanrader!

Magnifique demeure, décorée avec goût et parfaitement équipée pour accueillir les familles avec ou sans bébé. Produits d'entretien, ustensiles de cuisine, nécessaire de puériculture, tout y est. L'environnement est très calme et la plage, à deux pas, est très jolie. La propriétaire est très sympathique et accessible sans difficulté. Vous vous sentirez comme chez vous. Endroit incontournable si vous passez dans la région.

Keep in mind that in 2016, the Tour de France passes two steps away from Agon-Coutainville! Incredible, magnificent spectacle. The strengths of this villa: the proximity to the beach and the sea: 50 m away; spacious house of 100 sq.m.; three bedrooms one of which has its own private shower room ; 2 toilets ; free Wi-Fi connection ; wooden terrace with garden teak furniture facing south west ; big enclosed garden of 1000 sq.m with swing, sandpit etc.; parking space in the yard of the villa; two bicycles and a trailer are available for you in order to take your children for a ride in safety; a high chair, a bathtub, and a folding bed are available for you.

What makes this property unique

The strengths of this villa: located 50 m away from the beach; big pine-filled garden of 1000 sq. m; calmness and tranquillity. When you return from the beach, your children can play calmly in the garden with a swing, a mini slider, a sandpit, and a ball. Wooden south west facing terrace; free Wi-Fi connection; there is parking space for your car in the yard. 2 bicycles and a small trailer are available for you. New linen; comfortable and spacious bedrooms. The house was reformed in summer of 2013 and has modern decoration.
