Very nice villa with privacy and fantastic pool

Nice well equipped villa just in the border of Saint Pierre, but still in walking distance if you don't mind a 20 minutes walk. Fantastic pool and pool area, very private. Good supermarkets and beaches close by. Many attractions and activities in the neighbourhood. There are good bus connections but a car is recommended. Frederick was very helpful and responsive, he replyed within minutes on whatsapp whenever we had questions. We arrived sunday just before midnight due to a delayed flight but access to the villa was easy and Frederick had arranged food and drinks in the fridge. That was very appreciated. We would stay there again.

Fantastic Martinique villa!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay 1 week stay in early February, 2025. The villa was clean, well-stocked and private as pictured. The grounds were tidy. The pool was fantastic. The heat pump units in the bedrooms worked well. The short driveway up to the villa is steep but manageable with a small rental car. There is remote access through the security gate. The hosts were very friendly and punctual. They even provided a few extra supply items at our request! Thank you again!

Fantastic Martinique villa!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay 1 week stay in early February, 2025. The villa was clean, well-stocked and private as pictured. The grounds were tidy. The pool was fantastic. The heat pump units in the bedrooms worked well. The short driveway up to the villa is steep but manageable with a small rental car. There is remote access through the security gate. The hosts were very friendly and punctual and even provided a few extra items we requested! Thank you again!Some road noise is heard (which was expected after seeing the location on Google Earth). Also there is a nearby gravel plant and some noise from that is heard on weekdays (minor). A suggestion (minor): bring your own face towels (or ask the host to provide them). Only large towels were provided. Also we were surprised that a 500 Euro security deposit was requested by the host at arrival. There was no convenient payment method possible so we asked that our credit card be charged or for the host to return to collect cash. Neither happened. We didn't cause any damage so the issue was moot. Usually this is taken care of at the time of booking through VRBO (in our experience as Americans). Perhaps this is common through HomeRez. Also there is a 14 Euro per person "exit tax" which is payable to the host at departure so be prepared with cash. Regardless of the few minor items - this villa is highly recommended overall and we would rent here again! Thank you!

Petite maison mais vrai coup de cœur pour le charme de sa terrasse entourée de verdure et de deco parfaitement entretenues. Lieu hyper safe au bout d une allée privée. On s' y sent bien tout de suite, a commencer par l acceuil assuré par Manue qui gère la maison.

Coup de cœur sur les photos avant de partir, et confirmé dès notre arrivée, nous sommes tombés amoureux de cette villa. Tout est parfait, la taille, la disposition, la terrasse, la piscine et que dire de cette vue. Si un jour, vous la mettez en vente, s il vous plaît, faites nous signe!!! Le hamac a ete notre cherry on the cake 😅 Super équipement, tout y est et les literies sont impeccables et confortables. Le seul petit bémol sont les oreillers trop petits à notre goût mais c est histoire de dire qq chose et chipoter. Merci à Frédéric pour sa bienveillance et la villa etait impeccable à notre arrivée Une adresse que l'on retient et qui nous reverra c est sur 🤞. La région et Saint pierre nous ont charmés MERCIIIIII

Nous avons passé 10 jours dans cette splendide villa créole en janvier 2025. Excellent accueil par les propriétaires qui sont disponibles et réactifs si besoin. Tout est parfaitement entretenu, à l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur. La cuisine est neuve et bien équipée. Il n'y a pas de lave vaisselle mais nous le savions! La literie est très bonne, la climatisation est extrêmement silencieuse. La piscine est juste magnifique : très grande avec une partie plage et un jacuzzi intégré. Splendide vue sur la mer des caraïbes, au calme, sans vis à vis, dans un magnifique jardin avec une végétation luxuriante et face au coucher du soleil. Bref, vous l'aurez compris la Perle Bleue est une véritable pépite que je recommande les yeux fermés pour visiter le nord de la Martinique!

Belle villa avec une magnifique piscine. Très bien située si vous souhaitez visiter le Nord de île. Un peu isolée malgré tt ( pas de commerces autour) mais la tranquillité de la villa est bien reposante! Frédéric est très sympa.
