Bel appartement très bien situé

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour avec nos trois enfants dans cet appartement très bien équipé et idéalement situé en front de mer.Communication un peu compliquée avec les gérants pour l'entrée dans le logement (arrivée autonome avec boîte à clés indiquée par internet juste à l'heure d'arrivée malgré une demande faite quelques jours avant).

Très bon accueil. Très bien situé et équipé. Vaste terrasse vue mer idéale pour la sieste, la lecture... très calme et à proximité des resto de plage... Super vacances!

Un séjour détente parfait avec de petits enfants !

Un séjour incroyablement agréable car nous avons pu profiter de la plage matin et soir et pu visiter l'île le reste de la journée. Mais surtout profitez du calme du Carbet. La propriété est très bien située car les commerces sont accessibles à pied (Boulangerie juste en bas de l'immeuble.)

Appartement idéalement situé !

Logement très sympa, magnifique terrasse, accès direct à la plage, aux restaurants, à la boulangerie ; 2 places de parking. Bref, très bien.Accueil sympathique, de visu (très appréciable !) et échanges simples et réactifs par téléphone/sms.Quelques aménagements pourraient être utiles pour que l'appartement soit encore plus agréable (la douche est un peu vétuste par exemple) et j'aurais apprécié avoir plus qu'une pastille pour la machine à laver et des pastilles pour le lave-vaisselle (mais il s'agissait d'un oubli semble-t-il).

Séjour agréable, vive la terrasse et vue!

Bon emplacement pour visiter le nord de l'île. Appartement bien, sans être luxueux, mais qui offre tout les essentiels. Terrasse avec un hamac où l'on se sent bien pour relaxer et profiter de la vue.

Nous avons été enchantés par cet appartement avec sa terrasse spacieuse face à la mer, sa cuisine équipée moderne, l'espace de vie disponible et la proximité avec les commerces et restaurants. Les propriétaires étaient également disponibles. Nous recommandons vivement!

excellent pour sa situation et les équipements proposés

Nous avons été accueillis avec le sourire et de petites attentions à notre arrivée, un dimanche en fin de journée ! appartement idéalement situé avec une très belle vue sur la plage du carbet et parfaitement équipé pour votre séjour (il y a même les paillasses pour la plage). Nous avons apprécié la grande terrasse et les hamacs, permettant de vivre à l'extérieur. les plus avec l'accès à la plage, le parking et la boulangerie en bas. un petit moins avec le lit qui grince. nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Appartement tres bien situe, sur la plage du coin au Carbet. Spacieux, electromenager recent. Tres nombreux ustensils de cuisine, et linge de maison. Conforme a l annonce. Residence securisee, pied dans l eau. Tres belle vue.

Good location and view

This unit was as described. Nothing luxurious but adequate. We found the beds rather hard and the pillows uncomfortable. The couch and daybed were both uncomfortable to sit on and watch television. Communication was at times slow and confusing given one was dealing with three sisters. We did enjoy the hamacs and the large balcony from which we could observe wonderful sunsets. The beach is nice but there is(was) a band of rocks to cross to make it into deeper water. The kitchen was very well stocked. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

Le condo est très bien situé. Directement sur la mer, proche de l'épicerie, du magasin de fruits/légumes et de la boulangerie. Il est facile de visiter le pays à partir de Carbet. Endroit sécuritaire et tout de même tranquille. Plusieurs très bons restaurants à distance de marche. Lits confortables et les airs climatisées fonctionnent très bien. Accessoires de plage disponible au condo. Gens du coin sont très sympathiques et donnent de bons conseils concernant les endroits a visiter dans le pays.

Une vue imprenable sur la mer des Caraïbes

Un appartement très spacieux avec une vue imprenable sur la mer des Caraïbes. Un vin d'accueil à l'arrivée très chaleureux qui nous fait découvrir des spécialités de la Martinique. Des équipements très récents et en nombre qui viennent faciliter la vie dans cet appartement. Avec ceci, une résidence calme et un parking privé. Je recommande ce propriétaire et cet appartement !!

Superbe emplacement

L'appartement est très agréable avec une belle vue sur la plage et la mer. La plage est parfaite. L'eau est chaude. Tout est proche : épicierie, pharmacie, restaurant, musées, sites historiques, sites floristiques (Balata), montagne Pélée... Une semaine c'est trop court. On y reviendra sûrement.

Superbe appartement!

Une bonne adresse où séjourner pour explorer le nord de l’île. La localisation de l’appartement est parfaite, près d’une boulangerie, restaurants de plages et merveilleux couché de soleil. Une bonne adresse à retenir pour y revenir !
