THIS 2 BEDROOMS, 2 FULL BATHS BEACH HOUSE IS LOCATED ON NETTLES ISLAND WHICH IS A GUARD GATED RIVER COMMUNITY ACROSS THE STREET FROM THE ATLANTIC OCEAN. Hosted by Kathleen
The property is owned by Rick and Kathleen Klein. We fell in love with this property and fell in love with the island as well. It has everything you could think of and so much more. We are planning on retiring in the next two years. There shouldn’t be anything you need, but If there is anything, we are just a phone call away. We have friends that are managing our property and live on the island.
Why they chose this property
It is four years old and beautifully appointed home. Great appliances, beautiful decor and homey feel will make you want to stay awhile.
What makes this property unique
A wonderful Island Community with Beach and Ocean access. Two outdoor pools, one located at the Ocean one in the center of the island.
