About this property

Spacious chalet with panoramic views of the peaks of the Ecrins National Park

A 160 m² detached chalet on 3 levels with a garden, overlooking the valley.
Located in a prime spot for admiring sunrises and sunsets.
On the ground floor, you’ll find a very pleasant double living room with a fireplace, two corner sofas, and a large southwest-facing balcony where you can enjoy the Hautes-Alpes sunshine. With 4 bedrooms (3 on the ground floor and 1 on the second floor) and 2 bathrooms with bathtubs, everyone can enjoy their own pace. On the second floor, on the mezzanine level, a reading and relaxation room with a sofa bed opens onto a balcony with a breathtaking view.
> Bath towels are provided. Sheets are available for an additional fee (7EUR/person/stay). All our mattresses are covered with a mattress protector, and all pillows with a protective cover.

In winter: a 10-minute drive from the Puy Saint-Vincent and Pelvoux ski resorts, and 35 minutes from the Serre-Chevalier (Briançon) resort
In summer: numerous hikes, high-altitude lakes, glacier treks, rock climbing, via ferrata, whitewater sports in the mountain rivers and on the Durance, and sailing on Lake Serre-Ponçon
Shops and restaurants are a 5-minute drive away and a 10-minute walk along a beautiful path through the fields in the valley.

Superbe séjour

Un chalet très agréable à 15 minutes à pied du centre de Vallouise et à 10 minutes en voiture de la station de ski de Puy-saint-Vincent. Au calme, avec un espace de vie très agréable et bien ensoleillé, ce chalet est idéal pour un séjour en famille. Chacun d'entre nous (2 ans à 86 ans) a apprécié cet endroit convivial, bien chauffé également (la cheminée, un plus).

Excellent séjour

Nous avons loué le chalet pour loger l'équipe compétition de notre club d'escalade (9 personnes) et avons passé un excellent séjour. L'hôte Frédéric est extrêmement disponible, réactif et soucieux de la qualité du service. Le chalet est spacieux, très bien situé et très bien équipé. Nous reviendrons.
