We welcome you to this recently renovated home, located in the heart of the Loire Valley and its castles, between Tours and Amboise, in the charming wine-growing hamlet of Husseau in Montlouis-sur-Loire.<br>You’ll love it for its comfort, peaceful setting, proximity to Amboise (8 minutes), and its close proximity to the region’s main tourist attractions... Ideal for a getaway as a couple, with family, with friends, or for a business trip.<br><br>COVID-19: Please be advised that all health and safety measures are being implemented in accordance with the guidelines recommended by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).<br><br>A 60m² single-story house from the 1960s, renovated in the spring of 2021. <br>It consists of:<br>- a living-dining area open to the kitchen<br>- a sunroom perfect for meals and relaxation...<br>- a bedroom with a double bed (160x200)<br>- a bedroom with 2 single beds (80x190) that can be converted into a double bed<br>- a fully equipped kitchen (gas stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, espresso machine, refrigerator, dishes, basic necessities…)<br>- a bathroom with a bathtub<br>- a separate toilet<br>- a large garden (with outdoor furniture, barbecue) and a parking space for vehicles<br><br>The house can accommodate up to 4 people.<br><br>The rate includes linens: sheets, towels, bath mats, and tea towels. The beds are made upon your arrival, and the house is cleaned upon your departure. <br>A small supply of groceries, toiletries, and cleaning supplies is provided to get you started on your stay.<br>Check-in and key pickup take place by pre-arranged appointment between 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM. Check-out is no later than 10:00 AM.
