ArgelĂšs Bellerive

Appartement avec trÚs belle vue sur mer, proche des petits commerces et trÚs bien équipé. Nous avons passé un trÚs bon séjour ! Petit bémol, un peu bruyant la nuit avec la circulation. La climatisation est faible, il faut la mettre à fond pour rafraßchir un peu.

Climatisation hors service et environnement bruyant le soir

2 gros points nĂ©gatifs : Durant notre sĂ©jour, la climatisation Ă©tait hors service (alors qu’elle Ă©tait annoncĂ©e comme fonctionnelle sur l’annonce et aucun avertissement Ă  notre arrivĂ©e) et l’environnement de la rĂ©sidence est beaucoup trop bruyant (discothĂšque et bar ambiance Ă  quelques dizaines de mĂštres + rond point en bas d’immeuble trĂšs frĂ©quentĂ© le soir et nuit + rĂ©sidence mal insonorisĂ©e, on entend les portes et ascenseur claquer tout le dĂ©but de nuit), impossible donc d’ouvrir les fenĂȘtres pour aĂ©rer et ventiler la nuit. Étant donnĂ© la semaine de canicule annoncĂ©e, nous avons par consĂ©quence littĂ©ralement suffoquĂ© dans l’appartement la nuit, les enfants avaient du mal Ă  s’endormir et se rĂ©veillaient en nage plusieurs fois chaque nuit. Le proprietaire, prĂ©venu dĂšs le 1er jour, a apportĂ© 2 ventilateurs pour « compenser » le dĂ©sagrĂ©ment et nous a expliquĂ© que rien d’autre ne pouvait ĂȘtre fait. Aucun dĂ©pannage, ni aucune ristourne proposĂ©e, alors mĂȘme que le prix Ă  la semaine est 10 Ă  15% plus cher que d’autres locations Ă©quivalentes, dĂ» Ă  la « prĂ©sence » d’une climatisation
 dommage, service annoncĂ© absent. Nous sommes finalement parti un jour avant pour Ă©viter de passer la derniĂšre nuit dans cette fournaise. L’appartement a pourtant quelques qualitĂ©s, mais ne compensent pas les dĂ©fauts : Plage Ă  400m accessible Ă  pied, propre et eau transparente. Appartement bien Ă©quipĂ© (sauf climatisation), literie correcte.
