Beautiful house with a historic ambience

We enjoyed our stay very much and especially the children loved the house. The reason for this was the many toys, the books and the inviting garden. The furnishings are particularly noteworthy, there was absolutely nothing missing and the contact with the landlady is not only extremely pleasant, but also warm! We would love to come back....

Tolles Haus in toller Lage

Wir hatten einen traumhaften Aufenthalt in De Tol. Das Haus ist gemütlich und sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Strand ist mit dem Fahrrad in 10 min zu erreichen. Für unseren Sohn waren die Tiere und landwirtschaftlichen Fahrzeuge in der Nachbarschaft ein echtes Highlight. Die Kommunikation mit Ginneke war unkompliziert und herzlich. wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen.

Wir hatten einen entspannten Aufenthalt in diesem liebevoll eingerichteten Ferienhaus. Alles ist gemütlich eingerichtet und es gibt viele Spiele für die Kids. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. In der Umgebung & im Nachbarort gibt es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, die auch sehr gut mit dem Rad zu erreichen sind. Die Gastgeberin hat uns mit aktuellen Tipps & Veranstaltungen versorgt und war immer für uns da. Wir haben es sehr genossen. Vielen lieben Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt!

Eine Woche Wohlfühlen

Mit drei Erwachsenen und fünf Kindern konnten wir uns in diesem gemütlichen Haus eine Woche wie zuhause fühlen. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es ist alles da was man braucht. Das Wohnzimmer mit Esszimmer ist geräumig und alles sehr geschmackvoll eingerichet. Auch im oberen Stockwerk hält man sich gerne auf. Die Schlafzimmer sind gemütlich und das Badezimmer groß und hell. Wir haben uns in diesem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt und kamen nach einem Tag am Meer immer wieder gerne "nach Hause".

Eine entspannte Woche mit Strand und Sonne

Tolles Haus mit schöner Spazierstrecke zum Meer. Für unsere Kleinsten ist das Haus top mit Spielen ausgestattet. Wir genossen die Spieleabende in der Küche und das gemeinsame Kochen. Dit is een echt een familie plaats. Er is ruimte genoeg, er zijn spelletjes, boardgames, makkelijk met Acht personen rond een tafel, uitstekende zitplaatsen voor de avond en een buiten terras. In de keuken pak je nooit mis op keuken gereedschap. Ruime badkamer met wc boven een wc beneden. Na een strand of een markt bezoek is het heerlijk toeven in een rustige thuis omgeving. Leuke speeltuin in Het dorp!

Super Lage, mit ÖV gut erreichbar

De Tol ist ein liebevoll eingerichtetes, grosszügiges Haus. Es ist alles da, was man für den Urlaub braucht. Sogar Geburtstagskuchen konnten wir backen! Wir sind ohne Auto angereist. Bis Middelburg fahren mehrmals pro Stunde zuverlässige Züge, und mit dem Bus kommt man einmal pro Stunde bis fast vors Haus (500 m Gehdistanz). Wir haben in Koudekerke Fahrräder gemietet (reservieren lohnt sich) und waren damit wunderbar mobil. Fahrradfahrern ist in den Niederlanden ein Vergnügen - es gibt überall separate Fahrradwege und man geniesst überall Vortritt :-) In 10 Minuten ist man mit dem Rad am Strand - ohne hohe Parkgebühren.

ein großzügiges Haus aus dem 18. Jhdt., in dem man sich auch zu mehreren wohlfühlen kann - wenn’s mal regnet, ist es also nicht schlimm. Großes Bad mit Dusche und Wanne, 2. Toilette in Parterre. Wunderschön liebevoll mit Geschmack eingerichtet, und es ist alles da was man braucht. Das betrifft auch die Küche. Riesiges angenehm elegantes Wohnzimmer, viele Spiele vorhanden für jedes Alter. Großer Garten. Ländliche ruhige Umgebung. 3 Schlafzimmer, 2 entzückende Doppelzimmer liegen nebeneinander, die sind etwas hellhörig, das dritte Schlafzimmer liegt etwas versetzt. Die Dünen sind mit Rad schnell in 10 Min. zu erreichen. Auch Middelburgh durch die Felder auf Fahrradwegen ist man schnell - knappe 5 km. Supermärkte in 2 km Entfernung.

Dicht bij het strand een beetje ingesloten in het groen

Het huisje is goed verzorgd, een goede keuken inrichting (fijn dat kruiden enzo aanwezig waren). Wat ons tegen viel is dat de tuin redelijk omsloten is, waardoor je geen uitzicht hebt en niet van de weidsheid van Zeeland kunt genieten. Zeker als het weer even iets minder is. Het is gemakkelijk om allerlei fietsroutes uit te stippelen. We hebben genoten!

Fijn sfeervol vakantiehuis

Wij waren een week met de familie op vakantie. Het huisje was heerlijk en lag centraal voor fietsroutes naar Vlissingen, Middelburg, Zoutelande, Domburg en Veere. Voor lange mensen misschien een uitdaging om niet tegen deurposten aan te lopen. maar verder was alles prettig en schoon. Alle benodigheden voor een huishouden waren te vinden in huis.

Schöne Tage in Walcheren

Wir haben schöne Tage im ehemaligen Zollhaus verbracht. Es war genug Platz für uns alle und der Garten hat uns sehr angesprochen. Wir konnten sehr gute Ausflüge mit dem Fahrrad und mit dem Auto machen. Die Vermieterin war immer erreichbar.

Das Haus liegt perfekt um die ganze Insel zu erkunden . Es hat einen schönen schattigen Garten und es ist tatsächlich alles wie beschrieben vorhanden . Die Haushaltsgeräte sind alle neu und top in Schuss . Es ist für die Niederlande schön geräumig was wir sehr zu schätzen wussten . Die Vermieterin steht mit Rat und Tat sowie Ausflugstipps bereit .

Ein herrlicher Urlaub in wunderschöner Umgebung.

Ein mit Allem ausgestattes geräumiges Haus in ruhiger Lage, gemütlich eingerichtet, sehr schöner Garten. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt und einen sehr entspannten Urlaub dort verbracht.

For decades, we have maintained the house and the garden with lots of love. Three generations, partly residing abroad, still like to enjoy the relaxing time in these walls. The place where I spent the holiday period in my youth I offer now as comfortable cottage holiday home.

Why they chose this property

The old customs house was renovated and expanded in 2012. It is important for us to fill it with life and to share the holiday opportunity with others.
The surroundings of Biggekerke offers many attractions and recreational activities, within a radius of 10km. Therefore it is possible to have a very exciting time for young and old. even only by bicycle. Horse riding and the beach, playground, copse, café and the bakery are easily accessible by foot.

What makes this property unique

The large garden with sun terrace provides space for the soul to dangle. Children are free to play ball or watch tadpoles. There is plenty of retreat, even for several people. A party of 6 to 8 people can develop freely and enjoy the spaces together. Of course, we provide Internet, WiFi, HD TV, and all other comforts and offer our guests a personalized welcome and an attentive local contact person.
