The “Palm Beach” duplex is ideal for a holiday with your feet in the sand.



Located in the beautiful Nettle Bay Beach Club residence on the beach, facing the Caribbean Sea with views of Anguilla and La Belle Créole. “Palm Beach” will seduce you so that you spend an unforgettable vacation.



The residence has 4 swimming pools and 2 tennis courts.



In the immediate vicinity you will find a mini-market, a bakery, a pharmacy, beach restaurants, etc.



“Palm Beach” is fully air-conditioned but also very well ventilated naturally.



The Palm Beach house consists of two master suites with a king-size bed and a smaller bedroom with a queen-size bed and its own bathroom with toilet. A fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and living room await you.



A large private terrace on the beach with garden furniture, table and deckchairs as well as a rooftop terrace will allow you to relax to the rhythm of the waves while enjoying the view.



Access to the 3rd bedroom (King size with its bathroom and toilet) and the terrace is via an external staircase.

Gorgeous home

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful, clean, and well appointed property. Our daughter loved having her own upstairs apartment. The host was very responsive and helpful during our stay. We would absolutely recommend this property 100% and when we return to Saint Martin, will absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

The unit was very lovely with soft colors and tasteful decorations. Very clean. The patio doors opened wide to the deck, which had ample, comfortable seating. Loved being on the beach with lots of palm trees and beautiful vegetation. Location was great with close proximity to great restaurants and plenty of beaches. Check in was difficult because we arrived in the dark and could not find our unit for quite some time. The building was not well marked. Once found, the key was easy to access and entry went fine. All in all, it was a beautiful unit and we truly enjoyed our vacation. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Nice quiet location, perfect for 6 people

We were met on arrival by Coralie and she gave us the tour, the keys and answered any questions...very nice lady. 2 BR downstairs and 1 up worked perfectly for us. Furnishings are nice, beds are comfortable and showers are great. A store ...Cadis...a short walk away has an incredible selection considering it's size and the bakery, complete with sandwiches, salads, etc was our breakfast spot 6 of the 10 days we were there. Meza Luna has great pizza and Ma-Ti has a very nice small menu. Definitely need a rental vehicle. I'd highly recommend it if you're not looking for a party atmosphere.
