Center of Paris, in a Haussmannian building with flowered and art deco, a spacious apartment of big bed rooms, living room and dining room, kitchen, a nice shower. Excellent rentability, it allows you to discover center of Paris on foot, from Luxembourg garden, Pantheon, Latin Quarter and Notre Dame de Paris in a few minutes, restaurants downstaires.
Well served by public transport: metro 4 and10, RER B & C and many Bus,... bike rental at the bottom of the building.

Perfect location to see the city

Perfect place that is exactly as pictured. Minimalist provisions but comfy and clean. Located in such a perfect location to explore all of Paris but feel safe in the neighborhood when coming back late. It is above a bar that is active till late at night so if a light sleeper be prepared w earplugs. The noise level however is just conversational w occasional laughter that we found to be a charming experience of city life. The host was extremely gracious and kind and responded immediately to every question. We loved our stay here and would come again to enjoy the city from this location.

The noise never stops

While in a great area, this property is right above a pub that does not close until 3am and you can hear everything- music, laughter and voices until then. There was also construction going on next door which we were not told about until the day of check in. On top of all of this, the beds were horrible and so uncomfortable. We only stayed 1 night of our 3 nights booked and had to pay for another location (without a refund from this property).

Vast and clean

This space was open and bright and clean. Everything worked perfectly and despite the record breaking heatwave outside it remained comfortable inside. The location is the heart of everything, close to museums and food, bus and metro, parks and gardens. It was perfect for our needs. A+, will visit again.

Paris apartment

The host was kind and efficient and very responsive. The location is outstanding. The hotel next door is being renovated so there was a great deal of notice from early morning. The elevator is extremely small and not suitable for a large person however since the apartment is on the first floor going up the one flight should not be a problem.
