This nice and modern 34 sq. m studio, with a beautiful view on the roofs and a lateral view on the sea, is located on the 4th floor (with elevator) of the prestigious Trouville Palace and includes:
- a nice living room with a comfortable sofa-bed,
- a mezzanine with 2 single beds (please note that the ceiling is only 1m),
- a bathroom with shower,
- a fully equipped open-plan kitchen (coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher, fridge, hotplates),
- vacuum cleaner, hairdryer, washing machine,
- TV, Wifi and fan.

Lastly, you will find many bars and restaurants around your rental and if you feel like it, go to the port of Deauville, its beach and its famous Planches.

Zweckmäßige Ferienwohnung mit traumhaftem Panorama und idealer Strandlage

Das Objekt befindet sich unmittelbar an der Strandpromenade. Nachdem man das Haus durch den Haupteingang verlässt, überquert einen Zebrastreifen und befindet sich auf der Plankenpromenade, einen holzstegähnlichen Fußweg, der parallel zum Strand verläuft. Über die weitere Traumkulisse vor Ort könnte man stundenlang schwärmen. Vom tollen Sandstrand, über die herrlichen alten Villen und Ferienobjekte aus dem 19 Jhd bis zum vielfältigen Familienangebot direkt am Strand. Aber zur Ferienwohnung: Das Haus ist sehr groß und beherbergt über 5 Etagen (mit 2 Fahrstühlen) viele einzelne Wohnungen. Eine davon haben wir bewohnt. Wir waren 2 Erw. und 2 junge Teenagerkinder. Eine ausziehbare Schlafcouch diente uns Eltern als Schlafplatz und die kids hatten einen erhöhten Schlafplatz mit zwei separaten Matrazen auf einer Art Plateau, dass per Treppe erreichbar war. Für die kids war das ganz witzig. Auf kleinstem Raum wurde somit eine Wohnung für 4 Personen geschaffen. Die eingebaute Küchenzeile hat alles, was das Herz begehrt und weitere Kleinigkeiten stehen noch im Schrank, wie z.B. ein Toaster. Wir hatten das Gefühl, wenn uns noch irgendwas fehlt, finden wir es in einem Schrank. Genauso verhielt es sich mit dem kleinen Badezimmer mit Toilette und Waschmaschine - eigentlich alles da, was benötigt werden könnte. Bügelbrett, Bügeleisen, Wäscheständer, Fön... Der Hauptwohnraum mit der Schlafcouch hatte auch eine separate Essecke mit einem runden Tisch und vier Stühlen. Der Fernseher ist zwar für heutige, deutsche Verhältnisse etwas klein, aber ok. Bei der Sauberkeit wird etwas gespart, würde ich sagen. Staubwischen und Staubsaugen hat nicht so große Priorität, aber die Nassbereiche und die Küchenzeile oder der Kühlschrank waren sauber. Die Mietverwaltung Welkeys finde ich etwas besonders. Wir haben in der ganzen Zeit keinen einzigen Menschen von denen gesehen, da alles über Zugangscodes und hinterlegte Schlüssel geregelt wurde. Erinnert etwas an ein Escaperoomabenteuer, hat aber alles funktioniert. Darüber hinaus bin ich sehr skeptisch mit der Kautionsabwicklung und hoffe, nachträglich keine böse Überraschung mehr zu erleben. Welkeys bedient sich einer extra Firma, die komplett online das Kautionsverfahren abwickelt, obwohl in der Anzeige der Wohnung hier steht, die Kaution würde vor Ort geleistet, was suggeriert, dass man vor Ort irgendwo bezahlt ggf. bar. Das ist nicht so. Die Firma erfragt online Kreditkartendaten etc, und bucht eine kleine Servicegebühr ab
