This beautiful 4 bedroom, 4 and a half bathroom, Grayton Beach home is located in The Preserve, a luxury, gated community with two neighborhood pools, tennis courts and a dedicated, private boardwalk to the white sand beaches and emerald green waters of the gulf. This well-appointed, comfortable home is the perfect place for your family to create lasting memories.

The generous, open floor plan allows the whole family to gather with room to spare. The fully equipped kitchen boasts granite countertops, stainless appliances, an ice maker and plenty of room for meals at home with seating for 8 at the dining table and 4 additional seats at the large island. The spacious living room includes a comfortable sectional sofa and two cozy chairs. Just off of the dining room, a screened-in porch and backyard patio offer a great spot to relax after a fun day at the beach.

The main 1st floor bedroom has a king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom with double sinks and large walk-in shower. The main 2nd floor bedroom has a king-sized bed, private balcony, walk-in closet, and a large bathroom with double sinks and spacious walk-in shower. The 2nd floor bunk room sleeps 6 with a twin xl over queen bunk, another twin over twin bunk and a pull-out trundle and has access to its own private bath with tub and shower. The 2nd floor queen bed guest room has a walk-in closet, private balcony and private bath with walk-in shower. The laundry room, also located on the 2nd floor, has full-size capacity washer and dryer.

The Preserve Community is nestled along the coast on Highway 30a in the midst of the natural pine trees and scrub vegetation that the area is famous for. There are two pools (the west end pool is heated during Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years and March 1st), two lighted tennis courts and pickleball lines. Access to the gorgeous beach is an 8-11 minute walk starting in the neighborhood and continuing on by way of a raised boardwalk through nature that is wagon, stroller and rolling cooler friendly.

Seaside is 3.3 miles from Grayt Gulf Getaway and can be a short 6 minute car ride or 16 minute bike ride. If you have a craving for ice cream, Blue Mountain Creamery is only a 5 minute bike ride from the property.

Just a short drive away, Grayton Beach State Park is home to Western Dune Lake, massive dunes, winding trails, and abundant wildlife. The park offers activites for everyone to enjoy such as canoeing, kayaking, boating, fishing, and bicycling.
