## Neighborhood

Very close to the train station (8 min by foot) and the beach (2 min), you will be able to walk to all the places that make Juan-les-Pins famous : the casino (10 min), the Pinède garden full of squirrels (15 min), the Gould Square where the Jazz à Juan Festival is taking place (12 min)… You will also be just nearby all the bars, restaurants and nightclubs that animate the seaside resort. At last, in just 20 min by walk, you will be in the heart of the Old Antibes and could enjoy its Provençal market, the Picasso museum, the harbor…

From Juan-les-Pins train station→ 8 min by foot
From the airport (Nice) → 25 min by car or 45 min by transport
