Our designer finished out retreat is located in the heart of the Central East Austin Holly area. We are within walkable distance to numerous Austin original eateries. From this location, hop on a scooter or rideshare and within minutes be out on Rainey Street or 6th street. For those wanting to slow down, you can take a stroll over to Town Lake and enjoy the sights and sounds of nature right around the corner.

Amazing Location and Cute House

I stayed here with a group of friends (all mid 30's+) and we really enjoyed the house. The house matched the pictures, the backyard is fantastic, and the beds were super comfy. For the most part, we had enough towels, there are even black washcloths for makeup removal which is great. Definitely buy some k-cups if everyone in the group drinks coffee, there were a handful supplied, but not enough for a large group for 3 days. There were definitely plenty of small touches that made up for it- multi-USB plug-ins for a room with bunk beds, games in the backyard, plenty of coffee cups, a few beverages in the fridge, and the big one of the perfect location. As someone else mentioned make sure you get Juan in a Million- we ordered online for pickup and it really saved a super long wait. The brewery nearby is also super cute. I was worried the couch wouldn't be large enough for 9 people when we wanted to lounge, but it was actually fine with the 2 accent chairs and 4 bar stools.

Best Bachelorette

This property is amazing! Perfect space for a bachelorette group of 8. The back yard space was beautiful and everything was clean and easy to find and use. The location is unbeatable!!! Walkable to a lot of cafes or an easy quick ride into downtown. I couldn’t have asked for anything more!

Great for a girls’ weekend!

This listing was great for hosting a small bachelorette trip in Austin. The location was great (make sure to walk to Juan in a Million for breakfast tacos) and the overall cleanliness and attention to detail of the house was even better! It was great that all 7 of us were able to have our own bed, and I appreciated all of the little things that were done to make our stay comfortable.

Girl’s Weekend

I booked this home to have a girls reunion/weekend in Austin. The location was amazing and the home so adorable and clean. There was plenty of room for all 7 of us but still felt cozy and quaint. Check in was easy, communication with the owner was fast, and it’s so close to everything we wanted to do in ATX. I would highly recommend this home to anyone visiting Austin.

Great Stay!

The house was perfect for our group of girls and had everything we needed for our stay. We were easily able to Uber to Rainey and even walked to 6th one evening. Regan was quick to respond to any questions and willing to be flexible when needed. Would book here again for sure!
