Luxury Home with Pool in the Best Neighborhood

Enjoy an ideal home for the whole family or for businessmen. It is located in a safe area, near the Panama City (15 minutes), near the International Airport Panama Pacifico (5 minutes) and near shopping centers and banks (5 minutes). This house has a private area with pool, jacuzzi, basketball court, bohio, weight machine, ping pong table and billiards. The house is completely fenced, fully furnished, has Wi-Fi and secure parking.

Note: Prices given are for using A/C in the bedrooms at night. During the day we open the doors and windows and use the ceiling fans which are in every room. Use of the A/C for the whole house or 24 hours/day adds as much as $300/month to the power bill. Our highest daily usage for the year was less than 33 kWh per day. Anything less than that is included in the price. Anything over 33 kWh/day will be charged at 22 cents per kilowatt hour. We will take a photo of the electric meter when you arrive and when you depart. If you use in excess of 33kWh per day, we will send you the photos of the meter and a bill for the extra kilowatt hours.

House Rules: No wet clothes in the house on the furniture. Change clothes after using the pool before using inside furniture.

Esta casa tiene un área privada con piscina, jacuzzi, cancha de baloncesto, bohío, máquina de pesas, mesa de ping pong y billares. La casa está completamente cercado, completamente amueblada, tiene Wi-Fi y estacionamiento seguro.
