This was our first time to the Outer banks. The property was very clean views were beautiful hot tub wonderful. The host responded to any questions quickly we would highly recommend a stay and would stay again for sure.

We have stayed in many places here, from huge on the beach houses with pools, to tiny old apartments. This house was a comfortable in betweener with an absolutely perfect position for the beach. Four adults spread through 3 of the 4 bedrooms and it was just right. It would also work well for two close couples with young children. I would stay here again.

We enjoyed our week! The home is comfortable and nicely decorated. The beds were all very comfortable! We enjoyed the hot tub, the proximity to the beach and the unobstructed view of the ocean! We're planning to stay again next year!

The house is beautifully situated just a few yards from the boardwalk going over the dunes. The kitchen is very well appointed, and preparing meals is even more enjoyable when you can watch the waves roll onto the beach while doing so. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The deck is gorgeous with high quality furniture and views of the sunset sky over the sound. Working with Kelli was smooth and easy. We hope to get back to Good Day Sunshine very soon!

The house is in a great location. A few feet from beach access and not far from the fishing piers, restaurants, and stores. The house is clean and well maintained. The host responded quickly to any questions asked. It was a great week for our family of 6.

This home was exactly as described. Easy access to the beach, amazing views. Very comfortable outdoor area. Parking was covered which made it nice to unload our vehicle in a rain storm. The hot tub was well maintained and perfect for chilly nights. Each room had a smart TV and the kitchen was well equipped. Communication with the owner was great as well. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again!
