Flattnitz lies gently nestled between forested ridges in a romantic high valley in the Carinthian Nock Mountains - at 1400 meters above sea level.

Here you can still take wonderful hikes in untouched forests with rich flora and fauna in pure Alpine air, rest on numerous wildly flowing streams and dream on idyllic, crystal-clear mountain lakes.

The Flattnitz is also an ideal starting point for excursions of all kinds. In winter, if the manageable ski area gets too small, you can easily reach the Turracher Höhe (40min), Obertauern (45min) or the Kreischberg (20min).

In summer there are excursions to the Karl May Festival in Weitensfeld (20min), to Velden an der Wörthersee (40min), to Klagenfurt (40min) or even to Udine (1.5h).

But you can also have a good time on the Flattnitz itself at the swimming lake or on the tennis court.

Familien Urlaub

Zum Wandern und Ski fahren super ausgangspunkt. Raumaufteilung super. Sauna erfüllt ihren zweck. Sauberkeit könnte etwas besser sein.( Staubig, verschmutzte Fensterscheiben, Küchen geschirr zum teil kaputt/gesplittert) Bad und Betten waren sauber, frisch überzogen. Haus weißt leider einige Mängel auf. Kaminofenglas defekt, Feuer machen somit nicht möglich. Schiebetüren zur Terrasse beide defekt, lassen sich nicht richtig öffnen/schließen! Eingangsbereich kein Licht, defekt. Kein Warmwasser mehr zum duschen mit mehr als 6 Personen. Trotzallem ein schönes Haus. Und wir hatten trotz Einschränkungen einen schönen Urlaub! Was das wichtigste ist!

Keurige vakantiewoning. Erg ruim opgezet en fijne kamers/badkamers. Gebied is in de zomer erg mooi. Een aanrader voor liefhebbers van wandelen in de natuur.

Alles war sehr zufriedenstellend. Das Haus wunderschön. Die Lage sehr ruhig und zum erholen Perfect. Sehr sauber . Sehr gut ausgestattet . Ein einziges kleines Manko die Einfahrt war zugeschneit und komplett vereist aber wir haben es mit Humor genommen und selber freigeschaufelt und sehr viel Spaß gehabt :) Alles zusammen eine absolute weiterempfehlend :))))

Winterurlaub 2022

Die Anlage befindet sich wie in dem Onlineinserat beschrieben in einem sehr gutem Zustand. Die Sauna, der Whirlpool sowie die sonnige Terrasse sind absolute Highlights der Anlage. Lediglich die Zufahrt, welche bei winterlichen Verhältnissen sehr schwierig zu befahren ist stellte sich als ziemliche Herausforderung dar. Dies sollte vielleicht in Zukunft seitens des Vermieters bedacht werden da es auch keine Fräse odgl. vor Ort gab, um die Zufahrt räumen zu können.. Ansonsten ist dieses Objekt absolut weiter zu empfehlen.

Große Villa auf der Alm

Sehr schönes großes Haus mit vielen Zimmern. Die Doppelbetten sind in zwei Zimmern etwas schmal, der Kamin im Wohnzimmer ist großartig und zum Wandern gibt es auch ein paar schöne Strecken.

Tolles Haus in toller Lage

Wir, 2 Familien mit jeweils 2 Kindern, haben 9 Nächte in dem Haus verbracht. Es ist ein tolles Haus mit genügend Platz und einer sehr guten Ausstattung. Auch die Lage ist perfekt, man hat die schönste Natur um sich herum und wenn man ein paar Gipfel erklimmen möchte, kann man direkt vom Haus starten. Für andere Unternehmungen und größere Einkäufe, muss man schon ein bisschen Fahrerei in Kauf nehmen, aber das stört nicht weiter. Es gab ein paar Probleme mit dem Abfluss in der Sauna und in der Küche, aber wenn dies behoben wird und alles wieder nutzbar ist, gibt es tatsächlich nichts, was an dem Haus auszusetzen wäre. Im Gegenteil, es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub und wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wunderbares Haus in ruhiger Umgebung

Das hochwertige Haus liegt sehr schön in ruhiger Umgebung. Die Natur und die Umgebung bietet viele Möglichkeiten zum Wandern und Skifahren. Die Ausstattung im Haus ist umfangreich (Dampfbad, Sauna) und lädt durch das offene Konzept zu schönen gemeinsamen und geselligen Stunden ein. Auch ein großer Grill für den Sommer ist vorhanden. Schon seit vielen Jahren fahren wir als Freundeskreis nach Kärnten in dieses Ferienhaus. Jeder Aufenthalt war sehr schön und auch seitens der Vermieter sehr unkompliziert.

Wanderurlaub in Flattnitz

Traumhaftes Ferienhaus in ruhigster Lage. Das kleine Dorf mit mehreren Ferienhäuser ist der perfekte Ausgansgpunkt für Wanderungen. Unsere Hunde und wir fanden es super und kommen gern wieder!

Sehr schönes Haus

Wir waren eine Familie mit Teenagern und allen hat es sehr gut gefallen! Man muss Wege im Auto in Kauf nehmen, da es schon sehr abgelegen ist, aber dafür ruhig mit herrlichem Ausblick!
