In the small village centre of Ploëzal, recently built house, adjoining the owners'home and housing, on the top floor, 2 two-people gites. With shared entrance staircase. Shared enclosed courtyard and small garden. Upstairs: living room-lounge (21 sq m wide) with kitchen recess, 1 bedroom (1 dbmle bed), shower room and WC. These gites are 1.8 miles far from the imposing castle of La Roche Jagu and its surrounding park, same distance from Pontrieux, lovely flowery historic town with its 50 wash houses, 8.1 m. from Tréguier, 3.7 m. from La-Roche-Derrien and 6.2 m. from the small beach of Lézardrieux.
